Beach Clubin C709 sijaitsee Catalina Towerin 7. kerroksessa. Se sopii erinomaisesti lomaileville pariskunnille ja nuorille perheille!

Voit nauttia suoraan Persianlahden n��kym���stä parvekkeeltasi ja olohuoneestasi. Äskettäin päivitetty sisustus, neutraali seinämaali ja ruostumattomat laitteet ovat varmasti miellyttäviä kaikenikäisille.

Majoitukset ovat: King-makuuhuone, jossa on vieressä oleva kylpyamme, sisäänrakennettu kerrossänky ja puoli kylpy k��ytäväll�� sek�� vuodesohva. Sängyt on valmistettu tuoreista liinavaatteista, vuodesohva on säädetty sohvalle, myös vuodevaatteet. Tuo rantapyyhkeet.

On HDTV ja DVD-soittimet olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa, paljon kaapelikanavia, oma WIFI-signaali huoneistoille sekä WIFI koko kiinteistössä.

Uudet ruostumattomat keittiökoneet ovat täysikokoisia. Apukeittiöss�� on pino-pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Keittiökaapit on täysin varustettu astioilla, astioilla ja astioilla. Pienet laitteet ovat: Kuering-kahvinkeitin, tavallinen kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin, sekoitin, tölkinavaaja. Tuo popcorn-koneelle pussi ytimen popcornia! Tuo elintarvikkeita, kahvia ja paperituotteita.

Catalina Towerissa on kolme hissiä, aula ja katettu pysäk��intialue. Pysäköintialueella on rajoittamaton tila. Pysäköintiliput myönnetään turvakodissa saapuessaan.

Sisäänkäynnin ovi on varustettu avaimetonta j��rjestelmällä, anna koodi vain antamaan saapumisohjeesi, ei vaivaa avainten kanssa!

Catalina-allas ja poreallas sijaitsevat tornin juurella, josta on näkymät rannalle! Uima-altaalla on lepotuoleja. Ulkopuoliset suihkut sijaitsevat rantakadulla, joka johtaa ranta-alueelle. J����housut pyörill�� voidaan helposti hinata.

Kausiluonteisesti rannan hoitajat tarjoavat para-purjehdusta, vesihiihtohissi��, kajakkeja ja sohva- / sateenvarjo-asetuspaketteja päivittäiseen tai viikoittaiseen hintaan. Voit halutessasi tuoda omat rantatuolit. Tarpit ovat sallittuja määritellyillä alueilla rannalla, mutta minun on purettava yöllä.

Club House sijaitsee aivan Catalina-tornin vieressä. Voit patronoida rennon hienon ravintolan ja koko baarin toisessa kerroksessa, josta on n���kymät rannalle ja suojella kylpyl���� ja salonkia ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Myös ostosmahdollisuudet, ravintola, jossa on baari ja pelialue, sijaitsevat hotellin edessä.

Club House -palvelut ovat saatavilla päivittäisellä maksulla, joka maksetaan henkil��kohtaisesti valitsemallasi päiv��ltä. Maksu perustuu huoneiston kokoon ja loman aikana käytettyjen päivien määrään. Maksu kattaa koko puolueen ja sisältää seuraavat mukavuudet.

Klubitalon mukavuuksiin kuuluu: suuri uima-allas, jossa on ajoitettu uima-altaan viihdettä, uima-altaan vieressä oleva Tiki-baari ja grilli, uima-altaan vieressä sijaitseva Cabana-vuokraus, suuri kylpytynnyri, lastenhoitopalvelu, valvotut lasten tapahtumat, kuntosali, josta on näköala rannalle, elektroninen pelihuone, ping-peli Pong-pöyt��, erilliset naiset ja herrat ylelliset pukuhuoneet saunoilla, p��äsy tenniskentille.

Perfect getaway

My son and I stayed in C709 in June. It was clean and beautifully decorated, so I chose it again for our mini fall break getaway. I appreciated being able to rent the unit for only a few days as we were unable to get away for a full week. We look forward to staying in the future!

July Beach Excursion

The condo is located in a prime area, close enough to the Gulf Shores center of attractions and restaurants, yet far enough from the public beaches to fully enjoy the coastal surroundings at a leisurely pace. We enjoyed morning coffee from the 7th floor overlooking the entire coastline and watching dolphins play. The beds were comfortable even the pullout couch. All appliances worked and the AC felt wonderful after being out in the sun all day. The Beach Club offers something for everyone and is great for keeping kids active, along with plenty of food options on site.

Great experience!

We had a great stay in Cataline 709. The place was updated, clean and very spacious. There was construction in the building during our stay, but we knew this before we booked. The front room remote was a little finicky and took some time to finally get the TV off. Overall, a great experience.

Great trip

The condo was very clean and was ready for us when we got there. No contact check-in was great! Loved everything about the visit. There were a few things I would recommend changing such as black out curtains in the bedroom and having those hard plastic dishes. The dishes are mostly glass and heavy which makes them easy to break. Thanks for a great condo for us to stay in!

Room was not totally clean

Living room furniture looks dirty and felt run down open closet in the kitchen and floor was covered with dog food and container lid with a straw,the keruig coffee machine was not working properly and the walls in the bathroom and by the bunk beds looked like someone smeared something on them

Needs lots of help

Very outdated and in major need of a renovation. The floors were gritty, there was a whole in the wall of the bedroom and a dirty washcloth in the shower from the previous visitor. Would not recommend.

Everything was fine except no parking pass which was taken care of with a phone call. There was no shampoo or conditioner as advertised but we used soap, no big deal.

This condo was a disappointment.

The beach and grounds of the Beach Club and Spa were beautiful but the condo is in need of a major update. Baseboards were chipped and needed painting. Upholstered living room furniture was saggy and uncomfortable. Bed was good. Kitchen not well equipped as it was missing teaspooons and can opener. Toaster missed it's lever and Kuerig worked only half the time. There is no way that this unit could accomodate 6 people. There is no storage space for luggage and has just one small closet with a few hangers and also stores the vacuum. View from the balcony is great but patio table base is completely rusted. I would not recommend this property.

Catalina beach trip

I thought the condo was older than the pictures looked. When we first got there we saw that the half bath toilet was leaking we tried to turn the water off but that did not work I called maintenance and texted the agent. I was told Wednesday that someone would be out there asap. By Thursday no one had come. I called again and was told that someone would be there to fix it. For two days we had to keep changing out towels to keep the water from getting everywhere. Apparently this must have happened in this condo before because the master bathroom had missing shoe molding , water soaked molding and was dirty. The furniture in the living room was full of stains. We didn’t want to sit on it. Very dissatisfied with this rental and the time it took for someone to fix the toilet. I have pictures of the master bathroom and I sent them to the agent but got no response.The

Ok overall

The room was cleanish. The curtains going to the patio were covered in something red, food/blood. There was water damage to the ceiling in the living room, a hole in the bedroom wall and dust on the walls. The bathroom had what looked to be mold growing on the ceiling and baseboards, there was something on the bottom of the door and nose candy on the wall next to the light switch. The description says newly furnished and if it is they got it from marketplace, it is stained and very uncomfortable. If you sit for more than half an hr your back will be will be killing you. The dryer doesn’t work great, you will need to dry stuff twice but does work. The a/c is shared on the floor so if someone else is cooking fish you smell it in your unit. The bunk bed mattress was uncomfortable and the bunk itself needed wiped down. The main bed wasn’t too bad but not great. The floors, kitchen, tub and toilets were clean. It would be a great place to stay with a remodel. The grounds and shared areas were clean. The view was amazing. Overall we will stay again just not in this unit.

Oh my, such a disappointment

The grounds are beautiful but the condo needs lots of work. Many of the more recent reviews express how dated the condo is. If you love to cook the kitchen is very poorly apportioned. 4 spoons, no matching glasses, no can opener, one mixing bowl, utensils were plastic. Cheap pots and pan and 1980s small appliances. Coffee maker works every other time. Two clothes hangers in the small closet and one 1980s feeble dresser for storage . Broken hanging hooks and bathroom towel racks in both baths. The tile floors seemed to be wet or sweat. Pop corn ceilings with water stains and the cheap Walmart balcony furniture was sad. The living room furniture and pull out sofa were old and uncomfortable. The curtains had food stains and the blinds didn’t fit the windows in the master so the bright hall lights from the exterior hall flood in. This place needs a renovation. I’ve stayed in condos from Dauphin Island to Tampa and this condo needs help. There were several cheerleading groups booked there so the additional charges for arcade, extra pools etc were not used as they were too crowded. A loud party was disturbing one night requiring a call to security at 1 am. I’ll close with the beach and ocean views were beautiful and the spa was great. The grounds and pools are lovely.

Not great

First let’s focus on the positive; Pros ; 1. The beach club is a beautiful place , immaculate property , grounds and wonderful views . The ocean views were great and the balcony was a great size and view was amazing from it . We had an issue with the toilet while we were there and our host did send someone out immediately to fix it and to clean up and did bring us more towels since we did use all we had to clean up the overflow. That communication was very good . Cons : The unit itself is quite rundown and In need of some updates . The beds were all uncomfortable, the bathrooms had no decent place to hang towels and the ones that were there were falling apart . The refrigerator had shelves that were broken when we got there and is need of an update . The trash can that was there is broken and in need of replacing. The floors were filthy , in need of deep cleaning and mopping !! All of our feet were black from Just walking on it . The condo could use a deep clean . The shower curtain needs to be replaced it was really gross and kept falling down . Not sure what was going on or how to keep it up . The hooks were weird . As far as the company ajs our host : Like I said earlier when something did go wrong she communicated immediately and was very responsive. However, in the beginning her emails were condescending and very rude . All the adults in my party read them and agreed so it’s not just me she wanted to charge me extra charge for more towels ?

Beautiful!

Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! The room is Beautiful. The workers that we pass by are the best. So polite, friendly, just great people. The Pam Martin Vacation Rentals are the absolute best! My husband and I will continue to be to regulars until we can't 😊. Thank you.

TLC NEEDED

We have stayed at the beach club multiple times and love the resort.This particular condo needs some love. There was a hole in the bedroom wall that was mentioned in a past review still not repaired, baseboard trim was damaged in the master bath. The bathtub has rust stains and a terrible shower head. The refrigerator took a entire day to get cold. Like I stated TLC is needed for the fee they are charging.

Summer vacation

The check in was easy the resort was nice and reasonably priced to use the club house facilities. Right on the beech with a beautiful view.

Nice location, but disappointed

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the condo, poor finishes, bright light right outside in hall where bedroom window was (room darkening shades would be helpful), no advance notice the water was being turned off one day and that they were spraying for bugs, (safe would of been nice to put valuables when we left the condo during the spraying), all door rugs were full of sand when we got there. However the kitchen appliances were nice and the view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was enjoyable, hot tub was not working.

Anniversary

The unit was fine, but the property owners with dogs let their dogs bark continuously. You could not enjoy being at the pool at times because of the barking dogs.
