Summer 2025 Fort Morgan Beach

Beautiful place, loved the beach, well stocked kitchen, everything made our stay wonderful. Communication with owners was great. Would most definitely love to return to this beautiful place in paradise.

Perfect Place for a Quiet Getaway

This property sits right on the beach, we walked about 50 yards total across the parking lot and the boardwalk to the sand. By far the easiest haul of umbrellas and chairs we have ever made! The beaches are neither crowded nor deserted at this end of Fort Morgan, just nice and peaceful. We had zero problems with the townhouse, everything was ready when we arrived, and the air conditioning kept the place perfectly cool even though it got pretty hot outside. The house was clean and well cared for, and our host’s communication was above and beyond. She responded to any questions we had in less than an hour, and was always gracious and helpful. We will definitely return to rent from her in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very clean, and the kitchen had every utensil we needed to cook dinner during our vacation. The location is excellent—just steps from a quiet, secluded beach and the pool, which was perfect for our children.The only downside was the trash setup. There is just one dumpster, and it is located outside the gated community. You have to load your trash into the car and drive it out, which is inconvenient. It would also be nice to have general garbage cans at the beach. There are two bins for pet waste, but none for regular trash.

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect place for my husband, 1 year old, and my mom! maybe a 1 minute walk to the sand and so close to the pool. The beds were sooo comfortable and the patio furniture on the balcony was amazing. Highly recommend!

Nice! Very close to the beach.

It was very close to the beach. Having our own carport was convenient especially with a beach cart. However the pool could be better.

Perfect getaway

We loved staying in the townhouse and LOVED the ocean views! It had everything we needed for a long weekend. It was just a short walk to the uncrowded beach and to the pool. We hope to come back and stay again soon!

Aug 2023 Beach Getaway

Property owner was great to work with, very responsive to any inquiry made. Clean, convenient, good views and well equipped. Very short walk to the beach. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable as was the living area couch. The only drawback was the a/c compressor drowning out the sounds of the waves on the upper deck off the master bedroom. In fairness, that appeared to be the only available location to place it. Enjoyed the balony off the living area, plenty of comfortable seating. Would definitely stay there again.

Imprompt beach trip before school kicked back off. This was our first time in Ft. Morgan, and we loved the area. The beach was not crowded-heck it almost felt like we were on a private beach-that made the vacation so NICE. Loved our location and townhouse. Parking under the unit was very nice as well-made unloading and loading easy for this momma.

Break before school

We took our grandkids for a few nights before school starts back. The locations & accommodations were excellent. We cooked out two nights & beached it every day. Highly recommend this place & area. Note to owners- great place.. Thank you!!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

This was my first vacation where I actually felt refreshed when we were heading home. The location was perfect. 30 minutes from Gulf Shores. The beach was far from overcrowded. Maybe 10 or so families out there. 2 minute walk to get from the house to our chairs. We felt very secluded. I can't overstate enough how nice it was to not be on a crowded beach trying to keep eyes on my kiddos. It was so much easier to relax and have fun there. The House was perfect for our Family of 4. Very clean and very spacious. Having smart tvs in every bedroom was SOO nice. Taki Jacks (one of my favorite restaurants) is right across the road. Property Manager was extremely nice and so easy to talk to. Can't wait to stay here again. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND! Especially if you're looking for a peaceful beach trip away from the jam packed beaches and traffic in Gulf Shores.

Beautiful beach and dunes

Incredible views, even though this unit is not the closest one to the beach within this small complex. This is an older property, but quite nice for it’s age. Loved the area away from the crowds of high rise complexes. The upstairs (where bedrooms are) does not cool down properly and the A/C unit was loud enough to drown out the sounds of the beach. Other than that issue, everything was great!

Very happy with our stay! We feel the cleaning service could’ve been better but the property and management was great and easy to deal with. Location was amazing! Very close to the beach. Can’t wait to visit again! Hoping to get the same place next year! Overall 5 stars

We really appreciated quick responses from owner. I wish they would of had a DVD player since our stay was during a tropical storm. Other than that, everything was provided. Great views!

Enjoyable getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is a good distance away from all the commercial areas. We had close access to the beach, yet away from the crowds in more populated areas. If you want a nice, peaceful vacation this is the place to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for fishing trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The beach was a very short 1 minute walk to the boardwalk and was relatively easy to find a nice spot away from others. The house had been cleaned and had new linens but was dusty. The bedrooms upstairs stay pretty warm even with a box fan and keeping the curtains closed so if you’re a “cool air” sleeper, this might be a problem. If you don’t care about that, the place is great. Overall, this was a great place for a quiet, low key beach trip.

Property was great I really enjoyed the stay.

Property was close to beach and had good parking. The condo was as expected and had everything we needed. There was a lot of things to do around condo. The only down fall was it was 18 mile from down town gulf shores. But was worth the drive because it was more private than a downtown condo rental. I would recommend this property, and would stay again.
