Gulf Shores Plantation is a family-friendly beachfront resort with over 4,000 feet of private beaches nestled next to undeveloped state property. It offers a secluded beachfront atmosphere with plenty of amenities for the entire family and is located in Fort Morgan, about 14 miles (approximately 15 minutes) west of the Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores. The resort includes basketball and tennis courts, multiple outdoor pools, one indoor pool, a fitness center, hot tubs, saunas, a steam room, horseshoes, shuffleboard, outdoor grills, and 24-hour security with a guarded entrance. One of several Sassy Bass restaurants is located on-site and just a short walk from the condo, and it offers a variety of food options to please the entire family.

One of Alabama's Top 10 public golf courses is located next door, Kiva Dunes. The historic Fort Morgan area does offer multiple restaurants, hangouts, local markets, dollar stores, and numerous fun activities, including charter boat fishing, golf, or ferry ride to nearby Dauphin Island. Remember that the sugar sand beach is just outside your door!

The area is also home to the Mobile Bay Ferry, offering easy access to Dauphin Island with its unique history, shopping, and dining. For even more adventure, Gulf Shores is just a short distance to the east, where you’ll find more dining and entertainment options. And don’t forget, Sassy Bass Grill is just steps away, with a scenic boardwalk leading you there.

Mandatory Pre-registration: Guests must pre-register and pay for parking prior to arrival. Prices for parking range from $25 for 2-3 nights to $60 for 15+ nights. You’ll need to bring your printed registration form to security upon arrival.
Parking: Maximum of two vehicles per unit, strictly enforced. RVs, trailers, oversized vehicles, and watercraft are not allowed on-site. Violations will result in towing at the owner’s expense.
Guest entry: The condo uses a digital E-lock, which requires a unique access code that’s reset after each stay.
Age requirement: Renters must be 25 years or older.
