Located just over a mile from Hwy 59, Edgewater 33 is within easy driving distance to all of your favorite restaurants and attractions. This tastefully designed condo has all you need for your vacation - wall-mounted TVs, two recliners, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Stylish details include ship lap on the balcony and in both bedrooms with modern, updated light fixtures.

Enjoy a beach view while swimming in the outdoor pool or walk straight onto the sand - fun in the sun is just steps away!

Dont stay here!!!

The place is old and needs updating. The tracks for the glass doors are rusty and squeaks. I feel at exit of thr ramp and the girl lizzy from bender reality was rude on the phone and didnt care that i fell. Did meet the president of the association Mr. Jonathan from Alabama who was fixing the springs on trh heavy gate to the beach. He was a nice man to speak with as well as Hope from Bender reality who was so kind and actually cared. I will NEVER go back to Gulf Shores.
The hole on the door and markings all over it. Nothing like the pics on the website
Furniture paint flacking off
Filth on the window seal right by where I sleep. Disgusting
Bathroom where holes were prior to my arrival.

Great location

This is an OLDER unit, but it is in the PERFECT location and offers a GREAT view of the beach. We had a few housekeeping issues upon arrival but the host was VERY QUICK to address them and did not interfere with our stay at all! Bring your own games as there are none and only one throw blanket.

Nice spot for family of 4

Had everything we needed. Great location right on the beach. Was helpful to have the washer and dryer. I liked the glass enclosed balcony and that it was only on the 3rd floor of a smaller building. Couple of minor things were addressed by the rental company. (They replaced a non-working coffee pot) I did need to wipe out the fridge before we could unload our food.

Great Property

Gul Shores has some of the best beaches on the planet and this property offers a front row seat. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful time. Loved that there were 2 working recliners. I was a lil upset that there is only 1 handicapped parking place. Then over half is for owners parking. Other than that it was great. Marilyn was very helpful with everything.

Amazing vacation on white sand.

Imagine yourself in a beautiful, beachfront condo. Whitesand babypowder beaches no further than the elevator ride down. Sea birds and sunsets and morning coffee on the veranda make this a destination for singles, couples, or families. This unit was exactly as described. No bait and switch on the view either. Amazing. The only complaint I have is that the unit although passibly clean, was not as clean as it could have been. The kitchen was well stocked, but the pota and pans were housed in cabinets that have seen better days. However, I am a little OCD and It was not bad enough to call management. I found management to be responsive and proactive and I am sure that if I had called they would have made every attempt to rectify it. It just wasn't to a level that I needed to call them. We had a great experience with Bender, and a wonderful stay. Comfortable furniture, a nice bed and bedding, and a million little conveniences made for a very home-like feel. Kudos Bender!

Edgewater 33 was great for us

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location is perfect, we could not believe how close to the beach we were, I've heard the term steps from the beach, this place truly is. At night the temperatures were perfect to open the door and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing, we slept so good, The people at Bender were super nice and very helpful. We will definitely be back to stay at Edgewater, i don't want to stay anywhere else.

Baseball trip

Perfect size for my family of 5. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Only thing is it gets a little warm in the master bedroom, but there is a box fan you can run and it keeps the air moving.

Convenient but needs deep clean

The location was the most ideal. Absolutely perfect. Not the knit pick but under the beds and furniture look like they haven’t been cleaned/swept in some time. The master shower tub needs a deep clean, bad. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The patio was one of our favorite spots and offered plenty of seating. It was nice to have kitchen basic essentials. It was also convenient that a small amount of dishwasher soap and laundry soap were provided. Though having even Clorox wipes to wipe down the kitchen would have been nice. The guests are not owners (obviously) so coming in to park be sure not to park in those spots. One major inconvenience, since we had children, the bathroom by the pool is for owners only and has a code lock to get in. They do not share that bathroom no matter how bad you child has to go. While they didn’t allow renters to use the restroom they were very nice people. Overall we would 100% book this unit again.

Impressed

Really close to gulf. What impressed me the most was the facility was very clean and secure. I don’t have a lot of experience in condos but this was really great. Also the enclosed balcony was a nice touch.

Right by the Gulf

This was the closest building to the gulf we've ever had. Really nice. We overlooked the outdoor pool which had 2 double swings sitting by the pool - a useful novelty. Condo was clean, comfortable, and updated with big screen TV in LR. We were glad we had double sliding doors on the deck when it rained-none of the the 6 seats got wet. Bender very professional. We'll go again.

Bright and beautiful beach view condo

Very well-maintained condo. Fantastic views!! Also, it is a smaller building with fewer units, so there is no wait time for the elevator. Easy access to the beach. However, the rent does not include a beach umbrella and chairs. We had to rent that separately. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location

This condo was exactly what our family needed. Plenty of space for a family of four. Condo was as description listed. Location was great, not in busy part of beach or by public beach locations. Check in went smooth with no issues.
