Welcome to FORT MORGAN MARINA 2, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located directly on the Fort Morgan Marina. Perfect for couples or small groups, this waterfront condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and features two queen beds, a semi-private balcony with stunning bay and marina views, and convenient access to local dining and boating activities.

Enjoy dolphin watching, sunsets over the bay, and marina life from your balcony. The condo includes smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and shared parking. Guests can also rent boat slips at the marina for $2 per foot with trailer parking.

Ft Morgan Vacation

We loved the location, the condo was very clean, Fort Morgan is the quiet part of the gulf shores area. I hope to do the stay again.

Property is in excellent location for west side of Gulf Shores region. Away and peaceful region but right there so you can get to the attractions in 10 minutes

Great for a quick getaway

Loved the property, was right next to a dock store, ice-cream shop and a restaurant. Was a very laid back atmosphere. Would definitely rent again.

We saw a charter boat come in with HUGE tuna and amberjack one night, fished off the marina dock by the fish feeders, and danced to the tunes playing by the marina as we enjoyed wine on the balcony of the marina. We also enjoyed ice cream at Pelican scoops more than once. And it wasn't my too loud for adults who need sleep! We will absolutely stay again.

(you cannot fish there). We rented a boat for a 6am departure Snapper trip, it was great to just walk downstairs. The staff with Sunset were ALL wonderful to work with and very prompt to assist with any needs prior and/or during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since we are locals we know the marina well. The room was exactly as advertised. 5 stars all around for the stay and room. Only downside was there were way more out of town visitors than we expected in the evenings. The semiprivate balcony was not so private. The whole place was crawling with people every evening until around 9:30 In the description i would mention the overflow of people everywhere on the weekends. We greatly enjoyed the stay and we will definitely recommend it.

There is a big difference between "at" the marina and "in" the marina. Very disappointed. It was so bad we didn't stay. Still trying to get a refund. Property is for fishing not for a couple looking to get away

Great place to take your boat

The place was a good value overlooking the marina with a store and other amenities close by. I brought my boat and that was fun and convenient having it tied up at the location in the water. The marina is a still figuring it out a little bit with the transient slips. They weren't really reserved but there was plenty of room. just dont expect to tie up in the same on every night. The room it self was freshly renovated but there were still some signs of it just having been completed. Loose screws in a drawer and broken glass in the wagon. Overall i would definitely stay here again, but i hope they do address some of the items.

The location was great, except for the constant stream of people around our front door, because of the proximity to the restaurant and bar. The music playing outside was so loud we had to turn up the TV to hear it. There were 2 TV’s but they weren’t the same, so you couldn’t start a program on one and finish on the other. The beds and the shower head were so tall I almost needed a step stool. The lower bed was very soft and you rolled towards the middle. The higher bed was better. There’s only one place to hang a bath towel so it can dry between showers. Toilet paper holder is inconveniently hung on the wall behind you. And parking is at a premium when the restaurant/bar are open.
