Beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are only minutes away from this first floor, spacious, private escape which offers keyless entry, a full kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, ample closet space, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private balcony. Bedroom 1 has a spacious king size bed and Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen size bed, and each has a private bath and tv. The comfortable queen/full pull out sofa in the living room will sleep additional guests. No Pet and No Smoking.
The space
This secure, gated, private escape is less than 4 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. Here you will enjoy shopping extravaganzas at the Tanger Outlets, wild rides and family fun at OWA amusement and water park, exciting adventures and sights at the Gulf Coast Zoo, picturesque sunsets at the Gulf State Pier, and extreme competition at both the Gulf Shores Sportsplex and Foley Sports Tourism complex.

Dining, shopping, and entertainment await a short drive away at The Wharf in Orange Beach. Catch a redfish or speckled trout with Captain Mike's Charters, or any of the dozens of other charters.

Conveniently nearby are target, Publix & Walmart, or you can try Rouses for a southern flair!

Want to bring your clubs? You can play at Kiva Dunes, or a handful of other nearby courses.

If you are looking for loud engines and speed, catch a race at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, which is just a little further away. Pensacola is also the home of the Blue Angles, that regular fly supersonic F/A-18's over the city during practices.

Want some history? Look out over the Gulf from behind a cannon at Fort Morgan, Barrancas, or Pickens, which were used by soldiers guarding the coast during the Civil and Spanish American Wars.
Guest access
When not at the beach or enjoying area attractions, the resort offers full access to a fully equipped fitness center, a gated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, pond and fountain, and a cozy fire pit area with a grill to enjoy in the evenings.
Other things to note
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Guests that do not adhere to this requirement will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and will be charged an hoa violation fee.
