  • Welcome to Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet, Unit 702B! Our charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is designed to provide a comfortable retreat for up to 6 guests, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

    As you step into the tastefully decorated living area, large windows showcase stunning views of Little Lagoon. Unwind on plush seating, enjoy the large flat-screen TV with Roku and antenna, and let the coastal ambiance set the tone for your stay. The living area also provides balcony access and features a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests.

    The fully equipped kitchen boasts black appliances, light wood cabinetry, and granite countertops, providing everything you need for meal preparation. The breakfast bar offers seating for 4, perfect for enjoying meals together.

    The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV with antenna, balcony access, and wood flooring. The ensuite bathroom offers a single vanity and a bathtub-shower combination for your convenience. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and features a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom. Additionally, a stacked washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

This unit fit our budget and the location was absolutely perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better balcony view of the sunrise, and the beach was just a short walk across the street using the condo’s dedicated walkway, which was really nice.The unit itself was comfortable for the five of us and had everything we needed. I would say that the 2nd bedroom bed/mattress was ok for kids but adults would have a tough time sleeping there (more of a camper mattress - the couch was way more comfortable than this one). The master bed was very comfortable and that room had balcony access, so aside from the 1970’s Motel 6 vibe from its on-suite bathroom, no complaints there. The location is really the star of the show for this unit, and the pool area when you need a break from the beach was fantastic, so I would definitely rent again.Be sure to bring your own pickleball equipment for the courts though, they don’t have any to rent (and the kayaks are for owner’s use only, not guests).Overall it met our needs and provided some gorgeous views for making memories!
