Harbor House was built before the coastal construction line was moved back, so the condo building sits out ahead of almost every other condo and building on the beach! Making it the closest condo to the beach! This provides you with extraordinary views, sounds, m breezes and more!

Harbor House A-2 is located on the top floor and is a full floor penthouse condo with over 1500 square feet. This condo does not have an elevator, so please consider that when booking. The walk up to the third floor is great exercise and we have found folks young and old can handle it, but, sadly, it is not ideal for handicapped individuals!!

The condo was recently purchased by a new owner in March 2021. The family is wonderful, and they have outfitted their new condo with many new updates so that their guests can have a wonderful vacation!! Some updates you will find include:

* New bedding - including fresh linens and fresh white quilts changed out before every single guest!!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
