Ocean House is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased at the guard shack upon arrival (limit 2).

Clean place, the people at the gate were awesome. Being with the grandkids it was nice that the condo was near the elevators. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals.

We didn’t get to enjoy your beach as intended. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency and was hospitalized for4 days. Our toes never touched the sand. I’m ok now but was scare. We had to check out early. Hopefully another time.

It’s a lovely condo and was updated; but the Master bedrooms mattress was horrible. Tried one side, then the other and then in the middle of the bed… it really should be replaced. Besides that, we had a wonderful time. Make sure you place your parking tag so that Ashley can see it. I had a convertible and since my tag would blow away, it wasn’t on my dash. I got a nice nasty gram!! Go figure!!

2nd stay at ocean house 1

This is such a convenient place to stay. Perfect location and a lot of personal space for a condo. Other guest and staff have always been real friendly. This was our second time at this location and we will be back to Ocean house 1.

Great spot

Great spot for two adults and two young children. The condo was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed. The location was great, within short walking distance to a local store with coffee shop as well as several restaurants and without small children, an easy walk to The Hangout and that area. Elevator was quick and never a long wait. Carts were plentiful for hauling luggage or groceries. Pool was lovely and a great size. Staff in the building were visible and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Gulf Shores Escape

Had a wonderful time in this condo. On the 5th floor with a great view of the beach and the pool. Loved sitting on the balcony taking in the ocean breeze. Loved the condo decorations- great taste. Will plan to come back here another time!!

Great location poor accuracy of listing

My friends and I planned a trip 6 months prior to going. We are all teachers and really needed a break. This is our first time we were all able to get together and go somewhere. When we got there, we found out that we needed to pay $30 cash per parking spot. That would that was never listed before we got there. Also the code they gave us for the door did not work. We called management and they couldn't get it to work. We sat outside in wet bathing suits and had a wait for someone to come who was 30 minutes away to let us in. The actual place was beautiful, but the description was false.

End of Summer Trip

This is a fantastic place to stay! Beautiful ocean front view and a quick walk to the beach. The condo was very clean. The decor was welcoming and beautiful,not dated. We had a small electrical issue and maintenance was quick to respond & remedy the problem. Communication with the management was friendly and professional .There were plenty of kitchen utensils, dinnerware as well as a kurig, ®ular coffee pot, Bring your own essentials for meal prep. We will rent this place again.

Overall Nice Condo, Dirty Floord

I have to say for the most part, this was a nice enough condo, right on the beach and nicely furnished. I only have two complaints, the floors were FILTHY. I even bought my own mop and vacuumed and mopped twice a day and never quite got them really clean. I refused to go barefoot there was so much grime on those tiles. This was clearly a long time neglect. Also the locks to the balcony doors were broken and I was not told. A random maintenance guy showed up to look at the locks, but was unable to fix them. I was not aware he was coming as it was right after we arrived. Other than the floors (that turned our feet black), the condo was pretty clean and we enjoyed our stay.
