Island Tower 1503 3/3 gulf-front condo Gulf Shores Free Beach Chairs

Island Tower #1503 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 15TH floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1600 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings, 20-inch tile floors, floor-to-ceiling tinted windows, and sliding glass doors. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with double ovens all set in granite countertops. The condo has 8-foot interior doors and high efficient air conditioning system. The master en suite bathroom has double vanities, jetted tub, and a separate shower. The two guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. No sofa sleeper . Sleeps 6. 21 year age limit to rent.

**Please Note: This condo comes with 2 free beach chairs and 1 umbrella per stay starting March 1st through October 31st. Instructions are posted inside the unit on how to claim your 2 chairs from beach attendant.

Island Tower is a 26-story building with 62 units (three on each floor) with covered garage parking (clearance 6' 8") and NO oversized vehicles are allowed on property. Island Tower is located 0.5 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an infinity outdoor pool and an infinity climate-controlled indoor pool. The exercise room offers a dry sauna and workout equipment overlooking the gulf. The property also has a picnic/grill area. Island Tower is a smoke-free facility. 21 year age limit to rent.

King, King, Queen. Sleeps 6. | Saturday to Saturday 7 night minimum in Spring and Summer seasons.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

It is a beautiful unit! The views are amazing and the location was great. I would rent this unit again. There were a couple of nits with the beach chairs, but that was worked out pretty quickly after being accused by the beach chair vendor that I was not allowed to be there and he was doing me a favor giving me the chair for the day. The beach chair vendor had no customer service. I had called the property management company and spoke with someone who said, "I was wrong" and the listing didn't include beach chairs and it didn't say that on the VRBO listing. I did receive a call back from the same person saying I was right, beach chairs were included in the agreement, but then the service from the property management company didn't go any further. I asked the beach chair vendor if he had heard from anyone and nothing. It was until later on in the day that I was helped, however it was a painful conversation. In any event, it was worked out, but completely unprofessional from both sides.

Overall, the condo itself was very nice and had several things we really enjoyed. It was clean, well set up, and the balcony overlooking the Gulf and beach was wonderful. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the view. The location was also very convenient, with restaurants and shopping nearby. It was also a very nice touch that the host had beach chairs rented for us for the duration of our stay, which made our time on the beach even more enjoyable.There were a few things that could be improved. The condo has three bathrooms, but we were only provided with three small rolls of toilet paper for the entire week. There were only two of us staying, but if the condo had been occupied at its maximum capacity, that would run out very quickly. When I asked the host if there were extras in a cupboard somewhere, I was told that was all that was provided and we would need to purchase more ourselves. It was disappointing to have to shop for basic necessities like toilet paper while on vacation.The kitchen had plenty of pans and spices, which was great, but there was no cooking spray or cooking oil available to help keep food from sticking.The outdoor pool was fine, but access to the indoor pool required walking through what looked like a concrete garage area, which felt a bit uninviting.Overall, the condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with a beautiful balcony view.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf, as well as the bay. All beds and furniture very comfortable. Located in a great area. Appreciated the chairs and umbrella on the beach as well as extra chairs and coolers in the condo.
