KIVA BEACH CLUB
Just a short 5-minute walk or 2 minute golf cart shuttle ride from our condo, The Kiva
Beach Club is like no other. Set atop a 30-foot dune overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the
Kiva Beach Club is home to one of the most breathtaking views anywhere on the Gulf
Coast. The unique sugar white sands make Kiva Beach Club the perfect location for
much needed fun! With 3,000 feet of private shoreline, the Kiva Beach Club features its
own restaurant with a crafted menu created by a world-class chef, live music (check
calendar on Kiva Dunes website for details), and exceptional service. The Kiva Beach
Club has everything you will need from an outdoor dining room to eat lunch while you
enjoy the views, fresh complimentary pool towels, a full-service bar, and poolside/beach
service for all your drink and food needs. While you are there you can lay back on a
lounge chair, take a soak in the zero-entry saltwater pool (heated and open March
through November), unwind in the hot tub, or take a seat on the beach and let your
worries soak away. Kiva Dunes also offers a free shuttle service to pick up/drop-off at
our condo during the peak summer season!

Want to book a tee time? Kiva Dunes Golf Course is always at the top of the list when
people talk about the best golf in Alabama, and it's easy to see why. This gorgeous
track winds through a secluded piece of land, presenting incredible shot-making
opportunities in an unforgettable setting. The links style course was ranked the number
one public golf course in Alabama by Golf Advisor in 2017, and over the years, the
course has received many awards from Golf Digest, Golf Week, and Links Magazine.
The layout was created by Jim Edgemon, the property's developer, and longtime friend
and former U.S. Open Champion Jerry Pate. The two share a love of the sport, which
led to the partnership that resulted in the No. 1 public golf course in Alabama: Kiva
Dunes.
While visiting Kiva Dunes, head to Kiva Lodge to find the hidden gem that is the Golf
Shop. Not only is this where you will check in for your Tee Time on the course but can
buy exclusive merchandise from top golfing brands such as Footjoy, Turtleson, Travis
Matthew, Pukka, & Adidas. No matter your skill level, you can look & feel like a
professional.

OUR CONDO
The home away from home you didn't know you needed! While not directly on the
beach, our first floor condo has stunning views of the 18 th green and landscapes which
features the largest water feature on the course. Relax on our oversized balcony, enjoy
the view, and watch the golfers make their way to the 18 th green. Our property is the
perfect place to experience a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation with your friends and
family. With direct access from the parking lot and luggage carts available, our 2
bedroom, 2 bath condo is exactly what you are looking for.
Bedroom 1- Directly inside the front door to the right, bedroom one is equipped with a
king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with an oversized custom
tiled shower and soaking tub.
Bedroom 2- Across the hall, bedroom two has two queen size beds and an en suite
bathroom with an oversized custom tiled shower and access to the hall for guest use.
Living Room - The living room is open and spacious with a wall of windows overlooking
the 18 th green. With ample seating for everyone in your group, take a seat and relax
while watching a movie, playing games, or enjoying good conversation. The living room
is also equipped with a sleeper sofa.
Kitchen and Dining - Our fully stocked kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and
stainless-steel appliances, full size refrigerator, and great pantry space, is ready for you
to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Take a seat around the table for six, at the four-
person breakfast bar, or enjoy your meal on the balcony with table seating for 4!
