Luxury 3 bedroom 3 bath Condo on Golf Course

This spacious beautifully appointed 1800 square foot, three bedroom, three bath condominium, located in the gated Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club. Firestone 102 is a ground floor unit which overlooks the first hole of the Marsh Golf Course. This ground floor unit offers beautiful landscaping and complete privacy with a screen-in patio. This condominium is the perfect setting for not only golf/tennis players, but families vacation as well. You will enjoy 10 foot ceilings, with upscale furnishings and will meet all your expectations.

Enjoy the well appointed kitchen, granite counter tops, top line appliances, a large dining area, televisions in the living room as well all bedrooms. You have access to wireless internet. The screened in patio will offer you relaxing area to have morning coffee and/or a afternoon beverage.

The Pool & Tennis courts are available to you but they have an addition fee:

Relaxation…with access to everything

This property was beautiful, and it had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We prefer the quiet evenings on vacations, and this did not disappoint! It’s about 10 minutes into downtown and to the main beaches, but traffic was never an issue. The community itself is like a resort, and we cannot say enough good things about our time here. We’re already planning next year’s trip back!

Nice until

The place was very spacious, clean and nice. No complaints there, however on the second to last day a family with a rambunctious toddler checked in and the whole day all you could hear was foot steps coming from the roof. So as long as you get a top floor or no kids above you it should be very peaceful. 5 out of 5 ... minus the kids ;)

Nice central location, beware added fees to swim

Didn't catch the $40/pp/day for use of pool and facilities but we didn't have time for it so not a huge deal. The general cleanliness was fine but the baseboards need a good scrubbing, as does the shower and towel bowl. The floor was sandy too but the property is lovely!! We truly enjoyed the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings, and the spacious areas indoors during the evenings. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen is wonderful. Lovely!

Over ten years and counting

We have stayed in this unit at the Peninsula for approximately 10 years. We LOVE it and will continue to return. Rick, the property manager, is extremely responsive to even the smallest issue. We love sitting on the screened in porch drinking coffee and watching the golfers, then playing the Peninsula courses in the afternoon. Six adults equals twelve thumbs up!

Vacation and Baseball Tourney Combined

We loved the place. Lots of room and everything we needed was included. The one downfall was the foot traffic from the upstairs unit was awful. There were little kids in the above unit that ran back and forth till after 12 am and we needed to be up and 6 am. Just expect to hear walking and stomping from the above unit. Otherwise the place is amazing.

Overall the property was well maintained---The process was easy enough--- My only question is why did everything outside the front door,-- all amenities-- swimming pool, tennis courts, etc. have a fee to it? Having paid over $700.00 for one and a half days, I am surprised!

Great condo, great location, perfect customer service

The location of this gated property is unbeatable: less than 15 minutes from the great beaches and very tasty restaurants. Three big bedrooms, three spacey bathrooms with lots of towels. Kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer are in the unit. When we left, we forgot something behind, and Rick was so kind to find our missing items and send them back. If we could give them 10 stars for customer service, we would! We are definitely coming back!
