Its the beach so I can't complain. The view was amazing. There is limited towels if your staying longer than 2 days bring your own. There was no key to access the hot tub,gym. My son got a key to get into the gym later on. I found out that key was suppsoe to stay in the condo. Or so the people said at the desk. The kitchen has roaches. I saw several crawling along the dishes and dining area. The beds are so comfortable. The master bathroom sink does not drain. Very tight spot between kitchen and living room. Its so tight it would have been hard to use the dining table. We chose not to. overall good experience minus roaches. Thats gross .. view was the best.

View and pools A+ that’s it

Furniture is old, rusted, and wore out. Dried blood on the lamp shade next to the bed, the fridge was leaking water so there is always standing water in the fridge. The bar stools are unstable. Primary bed mattress needs to be replaced. Horrible nights sleep every single night because it is so worn out, we even flipped/spun it to see if it would help and it didn’t. All the towels, blankets, sheets are ROUGH! We have stayed at multiple units in this building and this is by far the worst one. On our last night, at 2:30AM, the towel rack in the second bathroom fell off the wall and woke us all up - there wasn’t a single towel on it to begin with. The only benefit was the pools are always great and the view from the balcony. We will be returning to gulf plantation but could never recommend someone stay in THIS unit. Had to spend money our first night because of the lack of cups/dishes for a five night stay and a family of four - most of it was stained coffee cups and double shot glasses. My boys slept good in the bedroom with twin beds but never stayed on the living room because the furniture.

We had a great time. The view and the property was great. The unit was lacking as far as towels, cleaning products, and cooking utensils. Bare minimum on everything. Make sure you bring coffee filters, beach towels, and your own cleaning products. We stayed 7 days and the place can get a little funky after the beach everyday.

Unclean and out dated

Check in and checking out is awesome but it stops there. The condo is old and outdated which I can take somewhat however it was dirty. When we got there the master bathroom shower had clumps of long hair on walls and on top of the drain. No way to clean and not see all of the hair in the tile shower. The bedroom comforter was faded and stained, looked like it was from the 80s’. The sheets where nor any better and sane in other bedroom. We had to leave the place and go to Walmart and but cleaning supplies, new linens and blankets for us all. That was about $200. We covered the dining room chairs with pillow cases because they where stained so badly. Refrigerator was missing the door handle and the balcony screen door torn. I’m thinking this place use to be a hotel and they combined several rooms to make a condo. Mainly because there is a door in master bedroom that goes right out into the building’s hallway where everyone on that floor accesses there place. The problem is if your a light sleeper good luck cause people going up and down that hallway all hours of the day/night. They sound like they are standing in the bedroom with you. Door needs to be removed and a insulated wall put in its place. The other thing is all the furniture looks like it hasn’t been updated in 25 years. The only nice furnishings was some paintings on the wall. We have been to Fort Morgan beach every year for the past 15 years and I’ve never been disappointed until this time. I would have really thought with COVID going on and the prices they raised tremendously since prior year in the area that the place would have been clean extremely well to make people feel safe and sense of security that it had all been disinfected . You want to relax on vacation, especially on first day of arrival. Not have to go into town and but cleaning supplies then clean the place before you can start to enjoy your trip. I do have photos if property manager or owner wants

Room was great just 2 TVs not 3!!

The view was AMAZING!!! Finally had a room with the view they post, it was clean and the plantation is always great! Only issues is only 1 hot tub was working again! Last year 0 for covid but this year should of had all 5-6 but only 1, the 2 in my condo where not working either! Vending machines (any on the property)did not work, and garbage disposal didn’t work, trash shoots where not available/not working probably due to all the construction. Worse thing was there where only 2 TVs in the room so my kids had to sleep in the living room which was terrible!!! Listing said 3 and the kids room had a bracket where there was one however after asking about this thinking it be an easy fix they told me there was only 2 in the listing! So I was annoyed from the jump. But whatever if they took a tv for another room that’s ok I just know every room has always had 3! And there where no lounge chairs like last year so I had to buy some while I was there… again no biggie. I’m in no way knocking the stay because it was still awesome but the new door handles are terrible as well! You seriously have to remember to lock it yourself or anybody can walk in your room! Overall awesome place as usual just fix your hot tubs, vending machines and have the proper amount of TVs PLEASE!! Or tell us and we will bring 1! Lol I’m still giving 5 stars just cause I feel like I’m a rude picky person.

Lovely Gulf Beach stay

Good facilities. 8th floor gave great sunset and gulf shores view. Surprised by $25 parking charge for our only vehicle which I thought was included in package.

So t stay!!

Neglected to tell us they were doing construction in the building!! Holes in ceiling and wires hanging out in hallways. 3 huge garbage bins right in front of door u walk in overflowing and stunk bad!! Hallways smelled like garbage. Our condo lady the lightbulbs we out. Our cable must of been shared by another tenants channels kept changing. We left a day early because of all sanding and noise in building due to we have a 1 year old.

Great stay!

everything went great and the condo was clean. Perfect location and amenities! The only thing we didn't find comfortable was the master suite bed. A new mattress would be good, other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ans will stay there again (if they get confirm a new mattress was purchased)

Very tired complex!

Great location! The building itself was freshly painted on exterior but interior was not updated. Supplies in actual unit were POOR! Very few cooking utensils, no bbq tools, few plates and bowls that kind of stuff. It was NOT cleaned well when we arrived. An old shrimp was left under the trash bag from previous occupants so when we changed it it stunk up EVERYTHING. Sand was in our sons bed on the sheets, which means they had not been cleaned. Floors still sandy too. No hooks to hang beach towels to dry. As far as the complex it was decent but nothing in hallways or elevators were cleaned during the week. Sand everywhere! Fitness room sucked!!! Most of the equipment needed repair and it was filthy!!!!!!

Great location, a little disappointed

The property seemed to be updated in the kitchen area. However, the couch bed had a huge stain on the mattress that we were uncomfortable sleeping on. The couch bed was also covered in sand. The sheets were not soft, and one of the twin beds seemed to be broken and laid at an awkward angle. The location, view, and beach were excellent, but I don’t know that I would book this place again.

Girls’ Weekend

This unit was perfect for a girls’ get-away weekend. The view from the balcony was stunning and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!
