Tervetuloa Gulf Shores -istutukseen - täydellinen kompleksi koko perheelle! Täältä löydät oman pienen paratiisi. Sisäänkäynnin kohdalla on vartalohihna, josta saat pysäköintikortit ja kaikki muut kompleksia koskevat tiedot. Tässä aidatussa lomakohteessa on tenniskenttiä, lentopalloa, viheriöitä, koripallokenttiä, shuffleboardia, sisä- ja ulkouima-altaita, useita grillialueita ja Starbucks-kahvia tarjoava kahvila. Voit nauttia yksityisistä, sokerivalkoisista rannoista, luonnollisista hiekkadyyneistä ja kauniista maisemoinnista. Tarjolla on toimintaa kaiken ikäisille ja täydellinen perhelomailuun! Kiva Dunes -golfkerho ja mahtava Kiva Dunes -ravintola ovat vieressä kävelyetäisyydellä. Lisäksi olet vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä kaikista upeista nähtävyyksistä, joita Gulf Shores tarjoaa!

Saapuessasi arvostat pohjakerroksen huoneistoa, josta on osittainen näkymä Persianlahdelle, sekä upea näköala uima-altaalle. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-tyynypatja, taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone. Vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode ja täysi sänky nukkuakseen neljä ylimääräistä vierasta. Olohuoneessa on mahtava Serta-vuodesohva ja se näyttää hyvältä hyvin varustetulla sisustuksella. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, ja siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset suurenmoisen perheen aterian valmistukseen! Paikan päällä on pesulapalvelut avuksesi.

Ennen 1. lokakuuta tehdyt talvikauden (tammi- ja helmikuu) varaukset vaativat vähintään 60 päivää (kaksi kuukautta). We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described in the listing except the washer and dryer wasn’t inside the unit. It was shared and had to be paid for with coins. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place was great! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing too, only being a short walk to the beach. The pools were all within walking distance which was nice having 4 kids to keep busy. This was our second stay in this condo and I’ll definitely be planning another stay!

We came with extended family for Thanksgiving and had the best time. Everything we needed was right there in the condo. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy.

The location was great! We could watch our kids at the pool from the porch if we weren’t ready to join them quite yet and it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. One of our kids got sick so this was a nice feature. The unit was clean but old and could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The floors weren’t very clean and turned our socks brown. Plates and bowls were chipped but still useable. In the beginning we were told we had access to the indoor pool, but after arriving and asking for a key like our friends had from a different unit we were told we didn’t have access. We were actually told three different things by three different people but after about an hour on the phone the last person told us he would try to find a key. Finally, we got a key but no wristbands which are also required and we didn’t get the key to the pool until our 4th day of staying there. The key even had our unit number written on it! The weather was in the 60’s so it would have been really nice to have the pool key at the beginning of our trip instead of us calling them and telling us we didn’t have access. The master bath didn’t drain well and filled up half way every time we took a shower. They came out to fix it the next day and the maintenance guy was very nice! The hallway bathroom fan makes a really loud noise when it’s on and the internet isn’t very strong in the unit. The outlets were also difficult to use; when you plug something in it often falls out and you have to balance the plug so it doesn’t fall out. We were disappointed in the management of the property. Other units had keyless entry while on this unit you have to pick up and return the keys. A company also came by to spray for bugs while we were there but we weren’t notified at all this would be happening. We were also told to call the internet company ourselves about the internet not working because they were too busy. We manage properties for a living so unfortunately we felt a little like we were still at work during this vacation. The beach was also wonderful, very clean. You can rent an umbrella and two chairs for $40/day I think. You have to pay $20 for parking and Poole and Associates also charged a non-refundable deposit in addition to a booking fee that didn’t seem clear to us in the beginning. We thought the price was the price. For the money we spent, we would book somewhere nicer. We ended up leaving a day early.

Great location. We were about 10-15 minutes out of the hussle and bussle of Gulf Shores but still close enough to enjoy the activities. Have been to Plantation before and have loved it so we will be back for a fifth time soon!

Overall this was a great complex and this condo was good. However, the ceiling fans did not work and there were many light bulbs out throughout. The kitchen is VERY small (one person max). We missed not having a washer/dryer. The location to the pool and beach are great.

It was decent, all condos in the complex were under construction and that info was not given before booking, it was further out from gulf shores than we were expecting. It looks a lot bigger online in pictures than in real life. Over all it got the job done but we were expecting it to be a little bigger, cleaner, and not so from town

We stayed at this condo for six nights and it worked really well for our family of five. The second bedroom has bunkbeds with a double on the bottom as well as a separate double or a queen bed, so there was plenty of space for my three kids to sleep. This condo had a great view of one of the pools and was not far from the hot tub and sand volleyball court or the boardwalk to get to the beach. The beaches here are absolutely stunning! The sand is so soft and smooth and we really enjoyed looking for shells on the beach. We enjoyed checking out Fort Morgan as well as riding the ferry to Dauphin Island and looking at Fort Gaines as well.

We stayed for almost a week with two adults and five children between 2-13. We had plenty of space. A short walk to the beach or the pool just outside the room was very convenient, and the laundry was just down the hall. Nice place to stay and will consider it again in the future.

Very quiet and relaxing....away from the busy Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area. Easy access to the beach. The pool area was beautiful but it was too cold to swim in February. The unit we stayed in needs updated furniture and bathroom fixtures (shower head and vent/fan).
