    🚭 No Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free unit.



    🐾 No Pets: While we love animals, this condo is a pet-free zone.



    🕒 Check-in / Check-out: * Check-in: 10:00 AM



    Check-out: 10:00 PM



    🤫 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.



    🚫 No Parties or Events: Large gatherings, loud parties, and organized events are strictly prohibited.



    Age Requirement: Minimum age requirement 25 to book this unit. Parking is $42 for each pass purchased via card at the office Unit 106 A. Policies: Rental agreement and $300 refundable security deposit required (processed by host).

Great place close to the beach! Only downside is there was no hair dryer and I didn’t pack one as most places have them-but not a big deal.

Condo as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a 4 year old. Right on the beach. Would stay here again.

Well our door kept locking us out of our room.. We couldn't get in our room when we first got there. The maintenance person had to come and let us in. Left us a key to the door so we could get in. Incase our code didn't work again. Come to find out the key didn't work either.

Upon checking in, we immediately noticed a musty, moldy smell. There was a lot of visible water damage throughout the unit, mold on the shower curtain, and damage through out the condo. My family had another unit in the building that was so nice, so I know not all of the units were this bad. Property management told us they couldn’t smell anything and brought in a tiny air purifier and that concluded the extent of their help. My FIL could smell the musty smell from the outside hallway with our front door closed. The dishwasher was also damaged and the door fell open onto my wife’s legs. Luckily, we were able to stay in our other family’s unit for most of the time we were there to avoid the smell. Little things like the shower curtain having rust stains and mold is so easily fixed and would have made us feel more comfortable staying. It was very hot outside, but even at night the air conditioner could only cool down the unit to 78 degrees. The couch and loveseat had covers on it, but the chair in the living room did not. We assumedit was because they were trying to hide damage. Every door in the unit had very visible water damage, and could not be closed. The balcony furniture was damaged with cigarette burns. If your family has allergies or asthma, I would highly suggest finding a different place.
