Tämä kaunis 3 makuuhuoneen ja 3 kylpyhuoneen kulmayksikkö sijaitsee suoraan kauniilla valkoisilla rannoilla, joista on upeat näkymät Meksikonlahdelle. 7. kerroksessa. Nauti tilavasta huoneesta, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa king-vuoteet ja oma parveke. Uusintaan sisältyivät uudet kaapit, graniitti, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, uudet vuodevaatteet ja sängyt, olohuoneen kalusteet ja sisustus kaikkialla. The condo was well-suited for my two teenage daughters and me for a low-key spring break getaway. Access to the beach is hard to beat! The keyless entry was nice and we had good responsiveness from the host. The complex has two buildings so adding to the listing which building the unit is in would be helpful (it is the building further west). The building has some age to it, as does the condo, so be prepared for that. The balcony overlooking the water is lovely but, due to the building next door extending out closer to the ocean than this building, the view is only one way looking east, so you don't get good sunset views unless you go down to the beach. This condo is a 7th floor corner unit, and it is in the western-most corner closest to the protruding building next door. The beds were all nice size, but the beds were not overly comfortable. All were very firm... so good if that's your thing. The pool area was nice and the gangway to the beach was well-equipped with several foot wash stations. With the condo being a mile or more from the public beach access, the beach in front of the condo never felt too crowded, which was really nice. You can walk for miles in either direction. We appreciated having tvs and bathrooms in each bedroom, though the bathrooms were quite small. Decent value for the price. Cleanliness was not sufficient with several issues reported to the owner.

Our group of four friends, two married couples, were very pleased with everything about this 7th floor condo in Surfside Shores I. The property owner was quick to respond to all my questions and check-in was breeze. This is an end unit with 3 BR and 3 bathrooms with 2 king beds and one queen. We always try to find king beds which is not easy. I booked immediately upon finding this unit with 2 king beds. You will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen but we always eat out for our “big meal” and didn’t do any cooking. If your stay is longer than four days, you will need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, soap for bathing and Dawn if you hand wash your dishes. Overall, a great location with an incredible view.

The condo was perfect and the location ideal. It was very clean and the kitchen had every thing we needed for the short stay. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with on a very late arrival. I gave a 4 star vs 5 due to the mattresses. They were a little hard and uncomfortable for my preference but the teen slept well. We would stay at this location again. It was perfect !

1 bed had sand on the comforter and in the bed. Had to remove and shake the sand out. Did not appreciate having to pay an additional amount after booking because we used a credit card to pay for the rental. How else could it have been paid for? Should have been a part of the upfront fees.

Great place right on the beach!

Pros: Nice place, on the beach, plenty of room, nice furnishings and decor, beautiful sunrises (no sunsets).Cons: King mattress on beachside was high in the center and sloped towards edge enough that I had to put a blanket underneath to even out. Didn't get to enjoy the patio much because of the chain smoker next door :(

Just okay unit

We had a rough start to this trip. We had still not received checkin instructions (access code) at 3:45 so I messaged and texted. I did get a quick response and was sent the access code. When we arrived, we found the balcony door in the master bedroom open (it was storming and I had no idea how long it had been open). We also found a large clump of hair in the tub. I texted and received a response a few hours later that she could have someone come back to clean. (We declined as we had already cleaned ourselves). Other minor issues included the toilet running almost nonstop in the guest bedroom, the dishwasher had water sitting in the bottom so we didn’t use it, and the master bedroom TV had to be rebooted each night for the Dish to work.There were extra pillows but not pillow cases and no beach towels were provided so we had to purchase those items. The kitchen was well stocked and the view was beautiful.

Thanksgiving Break

We had a wonderful time. The kitchen is equipped almost as well as your own kitchen would be. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. I would suggest replacing the mattress set in the front bedroom overlooking the beach. It is extremely hard and not very comfortable. Overall - this is an excellent venue for 3 couples.

Needs minor clarification on VRBO. But CLOSE to beach!

There are 3 bathrooms, which is great. However, one is a garden tub; one has tub/shower, but no shower curtain liner, one is a stand alone shower. The toilet was flushing oddly and ended up stopping up in the main bathroom and we couldn't use it for 24 hrs. There were TWO plungers in that bathroom, so maybe happened before? You can tell one of the toilets and the thermostat were replaced, but paint hasn't been touched up around them. I got responses to text REALLY quick. Parking is $30 per car, which is a little high for just 3 days, but it was noted on VRBO.VERY close to beach. Love the french doors instead of slider also.

Poorly lacking

When I read the reviews, it seemed that the only drawback was that it was dated. This condo was not clean and very rundown. Rug was stained and worn. Black mildew or mold was all over the vent. Scuff marks and peeling paint on walls and ceiling. It is a shame that someone can’t take the time to make these minor repairs. This place has potential. The balcony was very nice and had a beautiful view.

Great last minute stay!

Tropical storm had us booking a different location for the next day. We were happy to find this booking last minute. Price was good, location was amazing! Not the cleanest place we have ever stayed at and overall is showing its age in places, but not enough to deter us from enjoying our vacation. The balcony was fantastic and saw several dolphins! Lots of linens/towels provided which we appreciated being there for several days. Kitchen adequately stocked except potholders were not found. One tip: No beach towels so bring your own! Overall an enjoyable stay and would consider staying again!

Great Location but could have been cleaner

The condo was nice and in a great location. The building was nice and close to the beach, which was not too busy the whole time we were there. Check in was easy, but when we arrived to the condo, we immediately noticed that it was not clean at all. Food and dirt on the floor food on the walls in the trashcan and on the refrigerator. There was hair in the sinks and in the showers. I let the property manager know and she offered to have someone come in and re-clean the property but the point is for it to be clean when we get there. We don’t want to have people coming in as we’re just getting started on our vacation. So we cleaned it ourselves, and I asked if we could be refunded our cleaning fee since we painted the condo for ourselves. The property manager never replied.

Family Vacation 2024

Overall had a great vacation. Only downside to the condo was that even though there were three bedrooms and bathrooms, the space felt overall cramped. Tiny bathroom with limited space to put baggage. Loved the location and view of the condo. There is a little less beach than most other condos I've stayed in but I loved that aspect. It was a step off the boardwalk and bam beach! Close to all our favorite restaurants! Other than feeling cramped we had a great stay!
