Welcome to The Pass 307, a spacious 1,500 sq. ft. coastal retreat offering 2 bedrooms + a bonus bunk room and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Located directly on Perdido Pass in Orange Beach, this beautifully designed condo provides sweeping waterfront views and all the comforts needed for a relaxing beach-and-bay getaway.

Inside, an open-concept living area is filled with natural light from large windows that frame panoramic views of the sparkling bay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals when you're not dining at local restaurants, while the convenient wet bar adds a touch of luxury. Step onto the spacious balcony to enjoy morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply take in the peaceful coastal scenery. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The ensuite primary bedroom features private balcony access so you can wake up to stunning bay views each day. The guest bedroom sits beside a full hallway bath for easy access, while the bonus bunk room—complete with its own half bath—offers a cozy hideaway the kids will love.

With only 57 units in the building, The Pass offers a quiet, low-density atmosphere with easy access to the beach, pool, and amenities—no long elevator waits.

Resort-style amenities include an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness center, grilling area, private bayside beach, tiki bar, and fishing pier—everything you need for relaxation, fun, and unforgettable Orange Beach memories.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
