Phoenix Gulf Shores, yksikkö # 2303, on kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyhuoneen huoneisto 23. kerroksessa, oma parveke ja mukavat, modernit kalusteet. Condo nukkuu jopa 12 ainutlaatuisella rannikko taidetta ja laatta koko.

Huoneistossa on:
 
· Oleskelutila, jossa Queen-sohva-nukkuja ja rakkauttava istuin, pehmustettu nojatuoli, iso seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio ja pääsy parvekkeelle lattiasta kattoon ulottuvien lasiovien kautta.
· Ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittitasot ja valkoiset puukaapit täysin varustetussa keittiössä, jossa on pitkä aamiaisbaari ja neljä istuinta. Viereisessä ja vastaavassa märkäpalkissa on kätevä jääpalakone.
· Ruokailutila, jossa pitkä puupöytä ja kuusi tyynytuolia.
· Persianlahden edessä oleva makuuhuone, jossa kutsuva king-size-reki-sänky, tyynytuoli nojatuolilla, suora pääsy parvekkeelle ja seinälle asennettu taulu-TV.
· Master-kylpy porealtaalla, kaksoisallas-turhamaisuus, graniittitaso ja suihkukaappi.
· Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta, seinälle asennettava taulutelevisio ja kylpyhuone, jossa on yhden pesualtaan alaosa, graniittitaso sekä kylpyamme ja suihku-yhdistelmä.
· Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja seinälle asennettu taulu-TV. Tilava kylpyhuone, johon pääsee pyörätuolilla, suihkulla, yhden pesualtaan turhamaisuus ja graniittitaso.
· Kätevä täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja sijaitsevat käytävän ulkopuolella.
· Upeat, esteetön näköala 35 jalkaa pitkälle kaakeloidulle parvekkeelle. Tietosuoja on kaikki sinun täällä. Adirondack-tyyliset istuimet, mukaan lukien lepotuoli, vyötärökorkealla bistropöytä ja kaksi tuolia, sekä piknikityylinen pöytä ja penkit.

Great Getaway and close to all the things

We had a great stay at this property. The 23rd floor views were amazing. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We brought plenty of groceries in a cooler this time around, but if you are lacking anything- there is a market across the street that sells a little bit of everything you can walk to. Our kids are now teens and they really enjoyed a little freedom of walking around using the sidewalks and crosswalks to go play Putt Putt and get ice-cream. The Hang-Out and shops are also within a reasonable walking distance. I loved how cozy the condo was. All the essential appliances were there as well. Coffee pot (not keurig), toaster, Blender, Crockpot, pots and pans. Just remember to bring your extras like salt/pepper, Pam spray, aluminum foil, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, extra trash bags, (extra things if you are doing a lil breakfast or baking). The water pressure isn't the greatest in the shower, but that would not hold me back from renting this place. I loved the ease of getting around with a few codes and not arm bands or key cards. Just remember to take a pic of your codes on your cell. I will also point out that for being on the top floor, the elevators were very quick and efficient. You can't go wrong with this place, the cleanliness, or the view. You will also be surprised at the sharks and/or dolphins you can "see" from the balcony :) Thanks for a great stay! Lots of memories made for our last minute Fall Break Vacation!

This was a great place to stay for 3 families!

Our only complaint was the kitchen! When you have 3 families and pay what we did to rent this condo everything should be top notch and working! The refrigerator would not keep our stuff cold, the thermostat was going out on the stove, and the dishwasher top drawer was stuck most of the time! If these things were taken care of, there would have been no complaints at all!

Tommy’s birthday beach bash.

This was a great location. Close to everything we needed. With large group, cooked several times. Plenty of kitchen cookware. Loved the picnic table on the balcony. Plenty of space for our large group. But the best was the area on the ground floor to store you beach carts, chairs and accessories and not have to tote them up and down from the room everyday. Had a blast. Would recommend this property and will look for your properties first for our next trip. Thanks Lisa (red)

Needs improvements

The refrigerator in the unit was less than desirable. The Ice maker was out of order and the refrigerator was missing shelves in the doors. The access to the beach was horrible. There were no steps and the drop off was frankly dangerous. I was very disappointed.

Excellent property

When I was booking I did not pay attention to the age of the building, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to discover the Phoenix seems rather new or at least it is kept in nearly new condition. Also is was a nice surprise to find there was onsite security, they were friendly and helpful. The Phoenix has a multi story parking garage with plenty of parking. There are 4 elevators so wait times were reasonable (we were on the top floor). The condo was very nice, nicely furnished and well equipped kitchen. We didn’t really use any of the amenities of the facility such as the tennis court or fitness center but they did look nice. The pool seemed bigger in pictures but no big deal, we spent all our time on the beach, we had 4 grandkids and two were too small for the slide (there is a height requirement). The boardwalk to the beach was one of the best I have seen, it had water facets about every 10-15 feet and a shower at the top end, no standing in line to rinse off. The beach chair rental company was excellent, they offered two types of chairs and umbrellas. These are all the positives, there were a couple of disappointments, one that others have shared. The balcony had only two chairs, we had 5 adults, there was no relaxing on the balcony for morning coffee or evening cocktails. If fact, all of us were never on the balcony at the same time. There was a picnic table where the kids ate breakfast and lunch. There was also 1 lounger, useless except for hanging swimsuits and towels to dry. The condo had an ice maker but it was not working, it had a filter dirty light and cleaning needed light illuminated. We reported this to the front desk but they discouraged us from allowing them to clean it due to the smell the cleaner leaves, they said this is normally done after checkout (there is a $4 a bag ice machine at the pool). This should have been caught before it became a problem, this suggest the cleaning crew which you pay a premium for is not looking in the ice maker or just don’t care to report needed maintenance. Unlike other condos we have rented, this one did not have a hallway storage for beach chairs, kids toys, or the stroller. Having said all this, we do very much recommend the Phoenix, we would definitely go back.

Great family vacation spot!

We had a wonderful family vacation in July and the condo couldn't have been better - plenty of space for 13 people, best view of the ocean, convenient access to the beach, and a water slide that the kids loved just as much as the ocean waves! We loved our time here, and enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen that made cooking meals so easy! We'll be back to make more memories!

Beautiful property. Check in process was disappointing. Arrived at 3:50 pm and was told that the room was not ready and that we would receive a text when the room was available. We left a phone number to be reached on and At 6:30 pm when we had not received notification with the entry code. I went to the desk to inquire and was told by Cameron that they were about to leave for the night and that the room had been ready. Very disappointing. The room was beautiful and well stocked and we did enjoy our stay.

First time in area!

This was our first time in Gulf Shores, and chose it primarily due to recommendation from my cousin who lives there, just in West Beach, and my brother who comes to the area every year. Overall experience was good, I brought daughter, daughter-in-law and 4 teenagers. Plenty to do, and good location. We met folks from all over, mostly the South, and they could not have been nicer. Recommendations: 1) Cameron at the front desk could benefit from a customer service training program. We had all flown from different parts of the country, myself from CA, so early flights, connections, etc...arrived about 45 minutes before 4:00, car full of groceries, luggage, perishables, etc...and his attitude was lacking, no concern, no empathy, no suggestions...just “wait till 4:00”. I then said well I need some meat, can you recommend a grocery store...he sent me across the street to Pier 33, where I went...and they have no meat! 2) From day one we reported some maintenance issues...burnt out light bulbs, lamps not plugged in ( under the bed)... broken shelves in the fridge, etc....the maintenance man came up once, could not fix the stove, had no lightbulbs, etc....and never came back. I was mostly concerned about being held responsible for the items. But still, for the cost, things should be working and well maintained! 3) Having stayed in Pensacola Beach before, under similar circumstances, the kitchen was just lacking....we had to buy everything! Maybe you should consider the basics....as not everyone drives in with a U-Haul... Gals at front desk were very helpful! Also, thank heaven our cousin was there, to recommend restaurants, etc...would be nice if restaurants took reservations, especially for large parties! Thanks for opportunity to submit feedback...

Girls’ birthdays

Had a great stay. Condo is spacious and beds are comfy. The view from the 23rd floor is beautiful. Our only real wish is that there would be more real chairs on the deck. We will be back to 2303.

Best condo ever!

This condo is beautiful, with incredible views and quality furnishings and finishes. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. Everything was comfortable and in good shape. Best condo we've ever stayed in! highly recommend.

The condo was incredible. Exceeded our expectations!!

The view was amazing - pictures do not do it justice. We spent one morning watching the dolphins play in the Gulf, and even caught view of a stingray. The condo was beautiful, with more than enough space for 2 families of 5 to share. We would highly recommend this location!

Absolutely loved our stay!

We've been going to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for many years and this property is at the very top as our favorite! This unit is spacious, very clean, loved the parking deck, a great lobby and elevator system, and the slide in the pool was a hit with the younger kiddos! Can't beat the location either. We will definitely want to stay here the next time!
