”This is the second time that I have stayed at this property! I really like that I can be on a quiet street, when just 3 miles down the road is all the stores and restaurants that are just outside the historical part of Foley. Hope to stay again very soon!”

”This was our second stay and this is a great property for a small family. Love that its ground level and everything was as described in the listing. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen and the location is perfectly settled within walking distance of the beach and some shops but off the main busy road. You are able to hear the guest above this unit but it was not bad, if there is a large family or group above I can see how people would find it disturbing.”

”Nice bright clean property, super close to beach access. Had most of what you would need but some storage containers for the kitchen would be nice. This was a group of 50 and over and we all loved the house! The area under the house was wonderful for our seafood boil! Would stay again!”

”My daughter and I stayed here for a volleyball tournament so the proximity of Kim's place near to the event was a bonus. Place is exactly as advertised, they take great care of an older town home located steps from the beach. Well decorated to make you also feel like you are at a vacation house. Kim was so easy to work with and very responsive to questions. What set this apart from most "colder" rentals, i.e. those that are just focused on turning profit and not really about your experience...

”Great location, just a few steps across the street to the beach. Overall a really beautiful house, just a few minor issues with the cleanliness of the property. Only rated 2 stars for cleanliness: There was used food left in the fridge. There were a few long curly hairs on the bunk bed shelves. Most stressful was one dead bug on top of the top bunk comforter. Which prompted us to check every single bed for signs of bugs. Also There was a random cheeto greasy handprint right on the wall right...

”We loved our stay at this townhome. The location was perfect. Off the main stretch but close to restaurants and shops. The best part was the balcony view of the beach. The decor was so beautiful! Not loud or cheesy beach decor but modern and simplistic and clean clean clean!! The owners thought of everything. Washer dryer and kitchen well stocked. Beach toys for the beach and pool. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. We would come back again and again but...

We had to go down to the office several times because I never got the notification that the room was ready, never received my welcome packet with my wifi code in it. The office staff was not the friendliest. Other than that, I do recommend this facility. The room was clean and exactly like the picture. ”
