good morning I had a booking on June 28th my husband died in this process so I could not make it. I talked to the manager at the property, and she said I had to talk to Expedia this morning Expedia sent me an email saying they could not give Me a refund because they could not reach the hotel. I think this is bad business. at least I could have got a credited to come at a later time.
