IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This is a newly built community, and light construction may occur during the day. It has not impacted past guests, but we want to make you aware.

Valid ID is required before check-in. Minimum booking age: 23.

Please ensure all guests are familiar with and agree to the house rules.

No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking only—please keep doors closed and dispose of cigarette butts properly. A $250–$500 fee will apply if smoke is detected inside.

No parties or loud music (e.g., boom boxes). Disturbances may result in immediate termination of stay and applicable fines.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

BBQ Grill is available for use. Please clean after each use. Guests are responsible for charcoal and lighter fluid. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the grill is left dirty.

In the event of a hurricane or tropical storm, we will follow all local evacuation mandates.

Weather does not qualify for a refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance—VRBO offers this option during booking.

Security cameras are installed at the front entry, back entry, and garage exterior for your safety.

The property is near water, trees, and wildlife. While rare, outdoor pests may occasionally appear, especially during certain weather conditions. We perform regular pest control and respond promptly to concerns.

Pets: Pre-approval is required. $75 per pet, per stay (max 4 pets under 50 lbs with minimal shedding).
Pet Guidelines:
• Pets must always be supervised
• No pets on furniture
• Use a crate/kennel if leaving your pet unattended
• Clean up after your pet—additional fees apply if waste is not removed
