”What a lovely location and quiet place to stay after a day in Cradle mountain NP. So close you can go in the park early before shuttle starts. There are few hotels available so we picked this one and are not disappointed. Price is on a high side but expected. Dinner need reservation if you want to be in the dining room but food is good. Breakfast buffet is superb with choices of both hot and cold. Unusual to have balsamic stir fry spinach and mushroom in addition to the usual. Nice to have Chia...

”My room was super clean and surrounded by wildlife. I also booked a treatment at the Waldheim spa as well as two times the private sanctuary (at it was just stunning). The crew over there was so so nice. Especially Senna who gave me lots of nice recommendations about the area and north east of tassie. A wonderful and absolutely unexpected breathtaking stay! I also loved that you can spot platypuses in the lake at the lodge. ”

”Had a great night stay here while visiting cradle mountain. The cabin exceeded expectations. It was simple but very clean and had privacy with nice views of the woods. The bed was comfortable with heated blankets and the cabin heat worked great as well. Had a little issue checking in when I was not provided the cabin number and door code (sounds like this is an Expedia issue, not the fault of the property). ”Our stay was great. Only the one night as we were attending Latrobe Speedway, which was only minutes away. Fiona our host was lovely and we had everything we needed. Room was clean, bed was comfy, nice brekky the following day and easy parking. If you were staying longer or for a more romantic occasion, you wouldn't have bern disappointed.”
