”Great stay.. surpassed all expectations ”

”Wonderful location on the waterfront and close to the main street of Burnie. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. Dining facilities are outstanding and we can vouch for breakfast and evening meals which offer variety and are very good quality. Our room had a comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, good climate control, but the best feature was being able to hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach.”

”Loved the cosyiness of the Cabin. Easy check in. Warm and wholesome. Good DVD selections. Comfy bed with all the heating you need. Less than 2min drive from Cradle Mountain Tourist Centre.”

”I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. First it is so close to the cradle mountain visitor center, just 2 mins drive. Second the restaurant offer good breakfast and delicious dinner which exceeds my expectations, especially the hotel is inside the nation park area. Last but not least, the helpful and friendly staff. I would say every penny I spent in this hotel is worth it. ”

”We’re staying in Deluxe cabin for 4, there is not hot water in both washrooms and kitchen. We found out at 5pm, which the reception was closed. We ran to reception and asked for help, a staff called their boss, and they offered us another room. It was disastrous to worry about having no hot water in such cold weather, and we were exhausted to ran back and forth between cabin and reception, as our house is quite far from the reception. I expect our room was ready and being checked, before...

”Nice old hotel in a great location. Rooms were very spacious, modern, clean and well maintained. Two drawbacks though, there was a nightclub across the road that kept us awake and the hotel had no lift to get up 2 stories with bags.”

”Breakfast was above excellent. It lacks absolutely nothing. The hotel and room are clean and well updated. The front desk staff was also very friendly. The parking situation (in my opinion) is subpar. There is no option for free self parking. You either have to pay an outrageous $25/night for valet or pay city rates for off site parking. Please reduce the price of parking on site (whether it's valet or self park) to make it more reasonable and realistic.”

”I was excited to finally stay at this Boutique Accommodation… I’ll not to it again. The two stars are for: 1 the astounding view and 2 the bed. The linen was yellowed with age and stains. The towels were the same. The bathroom was in the process of being renovated; new vanity didn’t quite fit so there are missing skirting and mismatched paint. The “inviting lounge” area is anything but. The help yourself fruit and nuts were all way past deadline date. And stools along the front bench were...

”I felt this place felt like a B&B or an upmarket hostel. I was acutely conscious that other people were in the next bedroom and we felt constrained with talking and TV volume etc. I booked it thinking it a hotel but it was like a strangely converted family home. I don't think the pictures make it clear what you are getting.”
