”Wonderful little lake house located in a ver convenient location. 5 minutes to 2 boat ramps down river or just a quick 15 minute drive to waterfront. Less than 10 minutes to City Harbor. Clean, plenty of space, and located right in the water. We will be back!”

”We really enjoyed our weekend stay at the eagles nest. We just couldn’t get over the view! It’s incredible in person. The house was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. We plan to come back again.”

”Everyone was very satisfied with the layout of the house we stayed in. We had two boats and the double carport worked out just fine keeping our boats out of the weather. Just a short drive to the lake and we had our boats on the water. We would recommend this house to anyone needing to stay in the Scottsboro area . If available next year we will be staying there again ! Two things would help new guests coming in would be a picture of the house and a phone number listed for the property manager .”

”We stayed here for my son’s High School fishing tournament. The house was nicely re-done and on a road filled with beautiful homes. It was close to multiple launches and downtown Guntersville which was a great location. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked! Only complaint is that the home was not as clean as we expected. ”This cottage was perfect for us and our Golden Retriever. We were able to communicate with the owners quickly and they were quite helpful before and during our stay. The location is right outside of downtown Guntersville, so we were able to get to multiple sites on the lake, to state parks, and other sites with ease. ”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful and well-maintained property, and the host was very responsive to any questions. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the living space was a perfect size for our group of 12 people. The only issue for us was that the driveway and entry steps are (unavoidably) steep, which made getting in and out a little difficult for my parents, who are in their 80s.
