It was hard not having hot water for a shower and not being offered some kind of voucher (for example, a complimentary night in the future) to account for the lack of hot water during our 4 day stay. ”Very clean, modern hotel with a good breakfast”

”Had a bit of trouble checking in, no one was in the office, apparently it’s all done remote! First room wasn’t cleaned, second room was also not clean and ready! Third time is a charm, it was clean, rooms looked recently renovated and for the price well worth it! There’s not many amenities really, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s a steal!”

”Initially, likely because we had Expedia points to use for a free room, they put us in an handicap room which was unnecessary for our needs & right next to the noisy pool. But after a short discussion & kind request with helpful staff we were relocated to a suite that was newly renovated & quite lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend this hotel without question.”

” Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed).
