”Clean room location and breakfast plus parking”

”Ideal location, great room and fabulous breakfast”

”Entering the hotel was very difficult, especially with luggage. One can not get close to the hotel with car, so the guests have to carry their luggage a good distance. The room was very small, inadequately equipped and had practically no cupboards or storage space. The beds were comfortable.”

”Our room was nice but it was hot and the aircondition did not work.”

”the room was massive and the staff would go out way for u the food was fantastic had two meal and both were good price and good size it was also very nice cleaner was also very good very polite and helpful”

”Over all we had a great three night stay. Very friendly staff, good accommodation and location. Our only criticism was that when we ate in the restaurant one evening and had breakfasts the food wasn’t hot and the plates hadn’t been heated.”

”The staff make this hotel I have stayed there most weeks for work purposes for the past 3 years . Chelsea on reception usually checks me in and goes out of her way to make me feel welcome like getting me green tea or hot chocolate as I don't drink tea or coffee.”

”lovely appartment with kitchen facilities for a cup of tea, very comforatbke bed, good shower. excellent location - very central for the town, the river, the football ground.”

”Clean rooms, great instructions to enter the parking lot, great hot breakfast, hopefull hosts”

”This hotel has great staff and plenty of options for food within walking distance My only moan is the rooms that are at the back facing the road get a lot more traffic noise than the front Especially loud motorbikes at 2am going past”

”The Manor house was a lovely convenient hotel for an evening at The ICC came back and went to The Cellar bar which was lovely too. Biggest disappointment was getting ready in the evening and standing in a cold shower before getting ready for an evening out or shower in the morning before breakfast, then to be told in the morning when spoke with reception staff the boiler was not working in the evening or morning, some communication about this would have been nice.”
