”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Hotel Revival has its issues, but I loved it anyway. The loudest issue was the AC, which made the doors vibrate when it came on. We asked for a different room, but it was hardly better. The room felt damp, and towels and sweaty clothes never dried (I know, Baltimore, but still). We asked for a turndown only once during our 6-night stay, but it didn't happen (felt sad to see a housekeeper practically running between rooms at 5pm). It's an old building, and you don't have to wander far to see how...

”The website indicates that the hotel provides shuttle service. I have stayed at MANY hotels at the airport and they all provide that. The difference it, THIS hotel does not offer 24-hour service and the website does not note that. I had to be at the airport at 4am but the shuttle did not run from 12am to 4:30 am so I had to pay forty dollars for an Uber. I was not a happy camper. There was a lady in line behind me that heard the conversation and was to be in the same boat I was in. I won't stay...
