”Very clean everything”

”The whole property in general was nasty and unkept. Our room was so dirty, sheets had crumbs all over them. The towels were soured smelling. When we walked into our room it was late and we were exhausted. The temp in the room was 60* we turned the thermostat up, but it did not help. We finally had to just turn it completely off and turned the heat on to warm up.. We also expect a nice fresh room when staying at a holiday Inn.”

”Obviously new, the hotel was quite clean and the bed comfy. The bathroom was bright and roomy with a step in shower. Directly above the head of the beds is a row of 5 spotlights with no nightstand light - so lighting is ALL or NONE in the bed. There is no coffeemaker in the room (or microwave); there is a frig. The hotel is situated next to a major roadway and highway so lots of night noises.”

”The pool is the absolute BEST thing about staying here!! The rest of it was fine but the indoor/outdoor pool was the main reason we stayed at this hotel vs. others. They could have a handful more lounge chairs around the pool area but besides that it's pretty fantastic. About the rest of our stay: the toilet in our room would NOT stop running the entire time!! Super frustrating to listen to all the time. And I imagine that running water runs up the hotels water bill. Breakfast was written...

”The hot tub is very nice. I believe it has a new thermostat because last year was like a warm tub with jets now it’s hot enough that you sweat. Pool is nice. Breakfast is also good.”

”booked through Expedia for a wedding event. The hotel is good, no complaints. Friendly staff. Clean. Great location. Our only issue is specifically with Expedia over charging us $ 100. 2 night stay actual charge by hotel was $100 cheaper on my receipt. Contacted Expedia but they refuse to refund me the overage.”

”Fairfield is a beautiful hotel, especially when compared to others in its class. The long rooms are spacious with large walk in showers. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark. Complimentary breakfast Sunday morning was good. There were ham, veggie and cheese frittatas along with turkey or pork sausage, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, lots of condiments and the usual waffle, bagels, muffin and cereal assortment. Coffee is good and you can get tea in the evening, really nice...

”Overall, staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. However, the hotel itself was very dirty and not well maintained. Stains on the bedsheets, dirty floors, bathroom, and hallways. Additionally, the pool was not open for use and when I asked why, they explained it was a maintenance issue they could not fix. The cleanliness was such an issue that I cut my trip short. When I spoke with the manager to explain the issues with cleanliness and request a refund for the last day of my stay,...
