Meillä oli oikein hyvä huone, ja uima-allasalue oli myös erittäin hyvä ja hyvin hoidettu. Hotellissa on ylhäällä baari, josta voi ostaa juomia ja ruokaa. Uima-allasalueella oli melko rauhallista, eikä siellä ollut paljon muita asiakkaita. Hotelliin saapuessamme huoneemme ei ollut vielä valmis, vaikka saavuimme hieman neljän jälkeen. Meille kuitenkin tarjottiin juomakuponki, ja...

”Very thing was great except the reception music was far too loud, you could not even talk to the check in. Then people in the main hall talked louder to hear each other to made the environment worse. I asked the receptionist to turn down the volume. SHE says she could not. I told her to inform her manager, She didn’t give a care about my request. The grand entrance of the hall was great but the volume of the music made it seem like market.”

”Great price quality ratio. Decent brekkie, brand new rooms and a fantastic pool. Very close to public transport as well and a 10 minute ride from the centre by train.”

”There is tourist tax and cleaning fees not shown on the booking and are add on later. This is an apartment leasing so expect the fees to be high. Not worth for short term stay as cleaning fees are same regardless 1 night or 10 nights. Lastly the Aircon compressor are making vibration noise. If light sleeper you can avoid this place ”

”The people were nice. The hotel was awful. There is a gap between the pictures used to promote the hotel and reality. The room needs a deep clean, especially on the floor and in the bathroom. The towels were also thread bare, the skippers old and dirty - not good when the floor is just a bad. I struggle to grasp how this hotel has such a good rating amongst travellers - unless their expectations are low and they place their contact w the staff above the reality of their surroundings. ”It was okay, if you don't mind the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I don't mind how small the room was because it's cozy. They had the water bottles, vanity set, shampoo, soap, shower gel, and slippers (if they're not from the last owners though). They also had the prayer mat for those who are Muslim. And whenever you need something, the staff will get it done right away. The downside is the cleanliness of the room, and the bath towels (which had either brown or grey stains, which...

”Great hotel in good location. There was two major problems thou. The housekeeping staff on floor 4 kept pestering me eventhough i had the no cleaning sign on. One of them opened my room while I was sleeping and another called to the room. Maybe they were planning to steal my luggage? The other problems was The lack of warm shower water.”
