”Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem.
When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone...

”Clean room, comfortable mattress, five pillows that all go flat in ten minutes, on a busy boulevard, feels safe, 10-15 minute drive to waterfront but no nearby restaurants.
I would rate the free breakfast a 2 out of 5.
I don't know if they raised the price for the Sail250 event or if this is the normal price, but with taxes and fees, we paid $500 for two nights, which was WAY overpriced.”
