”The staff were so friendly and attentive. Helped us get a taxi to the airport and allowed for a late checkout, since no one was staying in our room after us. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset, breeze and watch the people walking on the fort paths. ”

The staff was partying downstairs with their friends and music was very loud (could not sleep without earplugs). Laundry washing took more than one day, what they first promised. No warm water in the shower and the room was dirty. The only good thing about the place was location. ”

”Everyone here goes above and beyond! Excellent customer service, i stayed in one of the suites with private pool and jacuzzi and it was worth it! There are only 3 of those suites so book early, im sure all rooms are nice but the suitrs are top notch. The hotel is very well kept, staff always keeping an eye in perfection, the restaurant is highly recommended, delicious food, breakfast is great too and the staff in the restaurant are superb. If you are coming to Sri Lanka, you need to book here...
