”We loved our stay at Petunia's Place. The house comfortably held our 3 generations. We loved the porches and decks and how seemlessly one could go from indoors to outdoors. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was well-equipped. The kids loved the hot tub, and we loved the proximity to Sunset beach. It was a wonderful place for our very special gathering. ”

”Very nice place, nice location, easy walk to the river, everything worked, kitchen was well supplied, beds were comfortable, the house overall was very comfortable. Only a couple of minor issues, one of the electrical sockets had fallen out of the wall and a couple of the fans felt kind of flimsy. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and were glad we chose this house. ”

There is plenty of privacy in four bedrooms with baths, plus a terrific common space--an open-concept kitchen/living room that accommodated 8 adults with ease. ”Although it was raining during our stay, looking out the windows at the mossy trees was magical. The temp of the cabin when we checked in was a freezing 50 degrees! It would have been nice for it to be somewhat warmer. Having said that, the place warmed up super fast and stayed warm. We cooked almost all our meals at the cabin so we would have liked a few more pans. The place was very clean with an abundance of clean towels, pillows and blankets.
