”Hair was on linen. Bathroom vent was dirty. Kids running up and down walkway until 1130pm. Dirty washcloth. Toilet paper dispenser broken. front desk who was no help. Said would have management call me but that did not happen.”

”Our stay was very good, the rooms were clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable even though they were kinda low to the ground. Being over 6ft it was a little awkward but fine for the kids and my wife lol. The breakfast they offer is one of the best I've had staying at different hotels. The hotel is very centrally located with just about everything you need around it. My family and I never had to drive more than 5 minutes to get somewhere. The kids loved the pool,...

”This is probably the second best stay I've had in my adult life. The only thing that could've been better was that the rooms only had regular outlets for chargers, we assumed they'd have USB ones. That's so minor that it didn't detract from how wonderful the entire experience was. I will stay here every time I go see my Marine at Lejune.”

”The room and lobby were clean and so was the rest of the facility. I just had to clean and then spray lysol on the filters of the A/C ventilation system. Housekeeping should do that as part of their tasks. The staff and front desk were friendly, courteous and hospitable. We didn't stay for breakfast at the hotel as we ate breakfast at the Metro Diner which was really right across the street from the hotel. We didn't use the gym/weight room or the pool as we stayed for 1 night and had to go...

”The lobby, hallways was dirty and unsatisfactory. The lady (Indian) was rude, didn’t acknowledge the customers, didn’t speak until spoken to. Had my hand out to receive my money, she laid on the counter rather than putting it in my hand. The building needed cleaning on the outside. I tried finding another hotel, but non wasn’t available. In other words I was disappointed at the condition of the place.”
