”The hotel is nice and well kept. We had a superior room with a child sleeping on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was hard and the pillows in all beds were big and hard. We asked for extra blanket to put underneath the child to soften the sofa bed. We also asked for two softer pillows because only one of us had a pillow that you can actually use for sleeping. We did receive the extra blanket but only one extra pillow. Needless to say, sleeping was not very comfortable. The pilows we had in our room...

”Nice place, particularly the common area which is very nice with a nice view. Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are simple, two single beds so not very comfortable for couples. Also the food is very overpriced dinner is 8K which is too much for what is very simple food, breakfast is 4K and is not included.”

”Never been before in guesthouse, but after experinced Bitra Bed & Breakfast, I can highly recommend! Situated in beautiful Icelandic scenery, having an interesting history and excellent service. Breakfast was tasty and delicious - but there wasnt real coffee, only instant coffee. Althouhgt it didnt matter us, ’cause we are tea person. Anyhow, if coming again to Iceland, definetly staying again at Bitra Bed & Breakfast!”

”Nice questhouse-hostel. Ous room was clean and bathroom quite new. The hot pools in the garden were great! We didn't have breakfast, but were allowed to use the small kitchen in one of the buildings. Only minus was the air ventilation: in the mornings the air was quite bad and heavy but the windows can be opened so it wasn't a big deal. The dogs and cats were funny. There's no restaurants or such nearby, so you are going to need a car.”
