”It’s new and clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are well-designed and it is a great place to stay just a short walk into the heart of town.”

”The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. ”I had called to see if there was a plug outside to charge the batteries in my boat. None of them were working so we plugged in the water fall. The owner got mad and un pluged the boats. If you are in a bass tournament DO NOT STAY THERE!”

”This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. ”

”The two girls working there were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and the other guests by helping us get the shuttle to the concert, making sure we were all happy with drinks etc… you could tell that they really cared . We will definitely be back. Such a great experience because of them.”

”The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better”

”I was in the area for a concert at SPAC, closeness was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming . Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The pool was disappointing , it was very cold and it was a high 78 sunny day, but the staff said when I called inquire , “it was a heated pool”, it was freezing! So I went to use the outside sauna to warm up, and it was locked and not in service, no note or explanation . The restaurant and bar were nice. I’m surprised the Arbor Spa is inside the...

”Had a great stay. The hotel was well maintained, my room was clean and very comfortable and quiet. Perfect recipe for a good night’s sleep!”
