The manager repeatedly told me i was refunded. And hadnt been. Then took more money out. It was ridiculous! The rooms are.ok. Tempature control, refrigerator and microwave! ”The Nichols is a very nice, comfortable Inn located conveniently to the things we needed (walking distance to a nice local pub, close to pizza place, the Pottery..). The staff were very helpful and kind. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was good -- make tour own waffles, make your own omlet! Plenty of yogurt, pastry, and coffee. We were able to comfortably sit and gab with our relatives in the lobby. We had a great stay.”

”The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool was clean, hit tub was warm, not really hot. The room for the most part was clean. The overall hotel, room, hallways, stairs need to be thoroughly vacuumed. The elevator was very dirty. I know they are doing some painting and maybe the new GM ( which was very very nice to talk to) will have it cleaned up. ”

Our TV didn't work when we got to our room but upon calling the front desk the man came right to our room and fixed it. Our bed frame was very noisy as the mattress was on a metal box. There was no blow dryer in our bathroom. We picked this motel because it had a hot tub but it was out of order. There were a couple broken down cars in the parking lot.
