”I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...

”No shampoo in washroom, no hot water in sink, towels ragged. There was a weird WiFi system that kept booting us out. Aircon is aimed directly at your head when you lie down.”

”The room was perfect, the host was amazing, she welcomed us with a warm greeting, showed us around. Btw we had a late check in 11:30pm. Slept well breakfast in the morning was a plus. Met a great family. I appreciate the attentiveness that was shown to us. She answered all questions and everything was exactly what she said it would be. Just enough for a overnight stay to or from the safari or a day or night before flying out…”

”Incredible service while the country was pretty much off following the elections. They managed to get us a taxi to the airport and kept us well fed in a quiet place the whole time. Very pleasant and charming places with great people ”

”We arrived for a late check in and staff was there to greet us. That was a very nice touch. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and amenities adequate. We were given a room with the view of Kilimanjaro which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. ”
