”Hala at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we needed something like robes or towels the staff was very attentive. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable we slept late every morning. Great shower and nice products. Loved the big sink:)
The hot tubs were delightful. The patio was a nice place to sit outside. They can use a few more umbrellas and perhaps get the corners when sweeping- not sure what that feathery stuff was:(.

”We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom.
The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful.
In line with other reviews, there is a restaurant below and there was some noise from that. It bothered us sometimes more than others.

”Olin toivonut etukäteen kahta yhdenhengen sänkyä ja ensin tarjolla tosi hyvä Huone 19 kerros, mutta valitettavasti vain iso 2.hengen sänky.
Vaihtoehdoksi saimme huonomman huoneen alempaa, josta puuttui mm. Roskapussi ja muutenkin vähän remppaa vailla. Tämä ensimmäinen oli remontoitu ja hyvä. Meille kerrottiin että yläkerran parhaista ei ole mahdollista saada erillisiä sänkyjä. Muuten hotelli hyvä ja aamiainen palveluineen erinomainen”

”The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning.
Don't forget to check out the rooftop at night for a nice view of the city lights. Overall, we had a great experience,...
