”Everything about our stay was perfect and beyond expectations: the wonderful staff, the spacious and tastefully decorated room, the cozy down comforter and pillows, the thoughtful in-room amenities, the complimentary afternoon Segal wine with crackers and cookies, and the delicious coffee and more. The hotel’s excellent location and convenient onsite garage were an added bonus. We’re already looking forward to staying at Carmella again the next time we’re in Haifa.”

”Fantastic room and a great location. Free on site parking was super convenient. The room had a natural wood ceiling, beautiful tile and a private balcony. Plenty of close places to eat and centrally located. I loved this place.”

The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. ”They had an excellent service, helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious, with many options for the salty and sweet sections. Even the cook came to ask if we missed something and prepared a source for us. I strongly recommend this hotel.”

”The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning.
