”Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great location”

”Fabulous all around.”

”Hala at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we needed something like robes or towels the staff was very attentive. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable we slept late every morning. Great shower and nice products. Loved the big sink:) The hot tubs were delightful. The patio was a nice place to sit outside. They can use a few more umbrellas and perhaps get the corners when sweeping- not sure what that feathery stuff was:(. Loved this place and...

”You will not believe this place. It’s like being in a movie. The old city is magical and this hotel is the perfect combination. And the stuff was super nice and prepared a great breakfast. You will definitely enjoy this hotel. I regret not staying longer.”

”Our stay at Zidan Sarai Suite was incredible. We have traveled a lot and this is one of the most unique places we have stayed. The owner, Zidan, has done an amazing job in renovating his family’s place. No detail was overlooked to ensure his guests would have a memorable experience. Zidan met us at the property, gave us a tour of the suite along with the history of the building. Both, Zidan and his suite, are special. We will return to Acre just to stay here again. Thank you, Zidan, for...

”A great stay in the old city! The public parking was a nightmare (be warned), but our host was really lovely, the location was great, and the apartment was spacious and clean. I would stay here again!”

”great quiet mountain hotel. slippers would be nice instead of flip flops.”

”Good”

”do not go in weekends, was nightmare”

”The room is a nice big clean room with enough utensils, etc., that you can eat in it, but if I recall correctly, you are not supposed to cook. Not ever everyone will want to stay at a place where the host may not be available to greet you. He very helpfully sends videos of how to enter the building and the guest house. The office building containing the rooms is where the host works. He is responsive to text messages with questions. The only caveat I would mention is that it is in a area that...

”The breakfast was amazing.”

”I was suprised to see a hostel that is not falling from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice , with place to walk seat nice gardens, all is clean and well maintained. Sleeping was amazing , its quiet and the mettress is very good , the room was modern and good looking and the plus that you can take rooms was see view balcony. The hostel located on high point so you always can find good spots to seat and relax around the propety and have great air and sea view! Great place I really loved it. Allot of...

”They had an excellent service, helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious, with many options for the salty and sweet sections. Even the cook came to ask if we missed something and prepared a source for us. I strongly recommend this hotel.”
