Asunnot – Haiming

"This hotel says it has a restaurant but it was mostly closed. A buffet was the only choice for a meal when we arrived, but as we saw it had only some leftovers I asked the staff if they could refill the pots so we could eat. They promised to do so, but failed, told us the buffet is now closed and then charged us regardless. Only after heavy arguing they dropped the charge but nobody felt they needed to apologize for failing to keep their promises and sending us hungry to the room. We felt uninvited and most of the staff were downright rude (with the exception of a very friendly Maria). Many details suggests this hotel is in trouble, a belt missing from a bathrobe, promises to fill the minibar was not kept, there was no shampoo in the spa area, etc. The facilities have all the potentials to serve as a nice hotel, but with the hostile staff I will certainly never visit this place ever again. "

"Itse hotelli /huone olivat viihtyisät, siistit ja uuden karheat. Tämän puolesta voi mennä uudestaan. Hankala löytää navigoinnilla, joka ohjaa kiellettyyn ajosuuntaan. Henkilökunnasta / aamiais tarjoilussa parannettavaa. Ahtaa tilat syödä / henkilökunta ei oikein palvelualtista. Toinen asia joka on hieno ele Itävallan laaksoissa eli maksuton matkailijakortti. "Big hotel in beautiful surroundings of Alps. The Grainau town was lovely and in walking distance. Quite much to do at the hotel too. No AC in room. Breakfast was lacking some items / were finished already. Service was ok, but not the friendliest. "
