It has modern appliances, pool views, an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with two stools, and it comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. Just off of the kitchen is the dining area. It has a table and seating for up to 6. This is the perfect place for everyone to sit down and enjoy a meal together. Just behind the table are patio doors that let in natural light and lead to the pool area. The living room has vaulted ceilings (as do all communal areas), two comfortables sofas, and a white entertainment center with a TV for everyone’s entertainment. Head through the patio doors, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. Here, you’ll find a lagoon-shaped pool, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a table, four chairs, and an umbrella for those who want to sit in the shade as they admire the lake and enjoy their favorite ice-cold beverage. Want some indoor entertainment? Head indoors to games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
