Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this vacation villa with private pool has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and its sleeps up to 8 people.
The house has been beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated, and we’re sure you’ll love it. One thing you’ll quickly notice are the vaulted ceilings and the wooden floors that run throughout. There are two living rooms: the formal and informal living room. The formal living room is at the front of the house and has two tan sofas for you and others to sit down on and have a quiet conversation. The informal living room is at the back of the house and, with its high ceilings, feels large and airy. Light just floods through the large windows and brightens everything up. There are two sofas for everyone to relax on, and there’s a large flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching a good movie or TV show on.
There’s a large glass patio door in the living room, which leads to the pool area (we’ll talk about the pool area in just a moment).
The kitchen is also large and has vaulted ceilings. The cabinets are a light wood color, the countertops are white, and the appliances are stainless steel. The kitchen comes fully equipped with plates, small appliances, kitchen tools, utensils, etc., so there’s nothing you can’t do in this kitchen. There’s also a small breakfast bar with two seats. If two seats won’t cut it, and you decide you need somewhere bigger to sit, just look behind the breakfast bar, and you’ll see the breakfast nook area with its circular glass table and four wicker chairs.
Still need more space to eat? Try the formal dining room. Here, you’ll find an ornate wooden table and eight chairs. This is a great place for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a meal.
Let’s head outside and check out the pool area. The pool area is screened-in to protect everyone from those pesky Florida bugs. The pool itself is large, and there’s nothing better than jumping into it on those hot, sweaty Florida days. Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.
If you want to work on your sun tan, there are sun loungers dotted around the pool. If you’d rather retreat to the shade, there’s a patio table and 6 chairs under the covered lanai.
There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is large and has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in closet. Bedroom two also has a queen-size bed, and bedrooms three and four both have two single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
