The property is superb, finished to an exceptional standard and probably the best accommodation we have stayed in in Florida. Lynn is a great host and I couldn’t recommended this villa highly enough.

Amazing Florida Property!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Consisting of three adults and three children between the ages of 6-8. The home layout was perfect, the decor was beautiful, the home was equipped with everything you could possibly need; dishes, starter supplies, linens, towels, beach towels, etc. We were all impressed with the beauty of the home, the location, and wonderful gated community that provided a sense of security. The home offers everything you need for a vacation to Florida and is conveniently located near all of the theme parks. Definitely a 10 star home and hosts!!! We hope to have the opportunity to rent this home in the future when we return to Florida.

Fun vacation home marize your overall impression of the property

It looked exactly like the pictures online! Spotless. Which is always appreciated. The main bedroom had an extremely comfortable bed. And the pool was so nice every morning. There were play toys and lounge chairs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. The only issue I could find was no water pressure in the showers. Other than that it was a wonderful vacation home.

Lovely Property

Very modern property, had a brilliant stay, decorated to a high standard. Pool exceptionally clean with an outside fridge which was very useful! Overall would definitely recommend and would like to return.

Stunning villa with everything you need in a home. Love the neighbourhood, the heated pool was perfect and we loved it here. Lynn was amazing from start to finish and assisted with everything quickly and efficiently. The only bad thing was leaving it!!! Thanks Lynn and Tom

A Home Away From Home

We stayed here with our two kids and my parents and we can’t say enough good things about it. Upon our arrival we immediately felt at home. The Villa was spotless and beautiful. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Our girls loved the pool and we loved the memories we made with them.

Excellent!!!

Wow what a holiday villa. We have been coming to Florida for over 30 years and this villa has been the best we have stayed in by far. The villa is very clean, tidy and is situated in a great location with a great community feel. It has everything you might need during your stay; it’s a home from home. We would most definitely recommend it to anyone and will be looking to rebook again.

Beautiful Villa!!!

A total gem! There is a Walmart right outside the gates and plenty of food options nearby. The villa is completely updated and tastefully decorated. The king bed was super comfortable as was the oversized sectional in the living room. The outdoor loungers were also quite comfortable. Lynn was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We enjoyed our days by the pool and wish to return in the near future! The only suggestion I would make would be to have a few bare essentials on hand or at very least inform renters that they will have to supply most everything. We did not have soap in the bathroom upon arrival and there was only salt, pepper and a small amount of olive oil in the kitchen cabinets.

Southern Dunes Vacation - March 2022

This was truly a "home away from home". The Villa Henderson is completely equipped with everything you would ever need and then some. We had one small issue upon arrival and I contacted the owner. The owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved ASAP. This was nicest home we have ever stayed at in Florida. The Villa is exactly as shown in the photos. We would love to stay here again and we would highly recommend this Villa! Don & Joanne

Haines City trip

We enjoyed our stay in this home - it was exactly as billed. Great heated pool and excellent location in Southern Dunes (top notch golf course). We would recommend this property to anyone visiting central FL, Disney World, etc and would book this home again.

Excellant Home Away From Home

My Family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at this WONDERFUL Home Away from Home. The house had everything you need and even more. Fantastic Villa!

Villa Henderson is a real treat, the attention to detail makes it a real home from home. The beds are super comfy and it is located in a peaceful cul de sac. It has everything you need and is really clean with modern decor. Whilst the location is a little bit further from Disney a good run on the interstate and we were there in 20 mins. We ate in Manny’s & Sonny’s BBQ which are just across the road and they were fab. Walmart is literally outside the gates of Southern Dunes. Lynn is fab, anything you need and she emails you straight back - thanks so much Lynn for a great holiday.

Villa Henderson is a must!

Villa Henderson is the best of both worlds: busy at the parks & relaxing by the pool. Located in a quiet gated community and lots to do right outside those gates. It is a short drive to the gulf side beaches too. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and facilities. Best vacation ever!
