Overall a very clean house to stay at. Close to the main drag, shoppiong, food. Only a couple minor drawbacks...needed to go buy our own extra TP since we ran out (only rolls are what's there when you arrive), and had to buy extra garbage bags for the week again since we ran out (only 2 provided) and the toilet in the main bedroom you had to hold the handle down until it flushed completely. Others were normal. But for the money it was otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Very clean and pleasant home

I actually live in this neighborhood and rented this house for my family for a wedding. The house is wonderful and the owner was very communicative, which was very much appreciated. The only draw back is the parking situation which is NOT a poor reflection on the house at all. This is common for this neighborhood when on a street with lots of rentals. This house is great and my family was pleased. Fives across the board. Thank you again!

Month Stay

We enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and property as described. Charcoal grill available (no propane bbq) for additional fee which we did. Pool was a good size and cleaned every week however, we did pay for pool to be heated and there were technical issues where pool heat was not holding the temperature. Host was very responsive and pool technician was on the property several times. Hoping to receive a credit as pool was not heated for most of stay. Again, host was very responsive and the house was nice. We loved the view of the golf course from the pool area.

Good

House was good. The listing mentioned a hot tub but there isn’t one. The owner advised that they were referring to the bath tub and we could fill it with hot water. The pool area is very shaded so the water is too cold to use without heat. Pool heat costs $45 per day extra and I really wish that had been mentioned in the listing. The BBQ is actually a really flimsy charcoal smoker and will cost you $30 to use. Lots of tiny ants in the kitchen area. Otherwise nice layout and a good location.

Amazing property!

Stayed at this property for 3 weeks in March/24. House is perfectly located on hole #16 of Southern Dunes golf club. Very nice property, house has a nice layout. Very peaceful, quiet area, in a gated community. We always felt secure. We went thru a few minor issues in the house during our stay but the owner (Enma) was very quick to contact someone to get those rectified. She even followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was ok. The house is located in Haines City. The only down side to the location was fhow urther it was from alot of places we wanted to visit, i.e. in Kissimmee and Orlando. Besides that inconvenience, we would definitely recommend this property.

Awsome experience

Our family was celebrating Dad's 90th birthday. I have 5 siblings with spouses and we all stayed at the house. It was perfect. Exactly as advertised. Clean and very well appointed. I have talked with everyone since our stay and ther was nothing anyone could come up with that would have made our stay better. Top notch location and accommodations. Could not be happier with the experience.

Beautiful home and area.

The area is beautiful, safe and within walking distance of major stores and shops. We fully enjoyed the pool and all amenities. We would recommend updated cookware as we had an issue with a pot and some cookware was warped upon arrival. We would also recommend more than two toilet paper rolls for each bathroom with a larger group of 9+ and cleaning supplies to better take care of living areas as guests. I would highly recommend this home to anyone in the area. The driving range on the golf course is perfect and food is good as well. We will definitely be back.
