For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. ”Fantastic place - very clean and the communication was very clear and easy to understand for checking in and out. The only downside was that it was noisy with traffic noise as there was no glass in the windows in the bedroom- especially with rubbish trucks and building noise as early as 6.00am. ”
