”Cute place! Very clean with easy check in and check out. Was everything we needed and the communication was excellent! ”

”Property meet our expectations. Interior was totally remodeled with new appliances. Exterior was clean but needed the back yard completely fenced for small pets. Loved the privacy that the small community provided! We had our back yard and beach all to ourselves with no vehicles and traffic on our part! Great experience all the way around!”

”Over all the house was big enough for our group! It was close to the beach and had nice views. Sadly it was not very clean, had trash left around the house from people before us! It really did not look like the photos. The central air could not keep up with the house so we had to turn it off and open windows. Walls are a little messed up, remotes for tvs was not around, and remote for the lights and fan in one room was not on the wall! ”

”The house was run down, in need of repairs and deep cleaning! The listing photos were not accurate. I have photos but it wouldn’t load. They show dirt around door knobs and air vents. Lack of silverware for group size listed. Yellow stains around toilet base. Dirty drawers in kitchen and worn cabinets, holes in couch apholstery. ”

”We had a lovely time! We did have to keep an eye on our littles as we were on the canal, but they had a great time fishing. We will be back! ”

”The first problem arose when, days before our trip, the host informed us they had double booked the house & my reservation was invalid. I was told that they had a house next door available & we could stay there. I accepted that offer. I stayed in communication with the host leading up to the visit - continuing, even, on the day of arrival - because I was requesting an early check in if it was possible. When my group of 4 arrived at the house, we found filthy conditions. Nothing had been cleaned...
