”This is a very old resort that is falling apart unfortunately. The "water spa" is a huge lukewarm pool with more than half the jets not operating. Very disappointing aspect of the resort. The main building has drywall peeling off and beams starting to expose in the ceiling which gave us no comfort. The cottage we stayed in had cardboard for toilet paper and tissue paper; the tv was probably 20 years old; water pressure was horrendous - almost couldn't wash and rinse our hair; the furniture...

”staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout. Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. ”

”It is surely a very good property. Great getaway for family with kids. Activities for kids are surely worth it. (However I would have expected a bit better service, my requested coffee refills never came by.)”

”We had an activity booked for the morning of our checkout and she allowed us to checkout after our activity was done at 11:30.”
