”Staff was very nice but ceilings are poorly insulated for sound, you can hear conversations upstairs. Staff started cleaning room upstairs at 9am on a Sunday which was very loud and we felt was too early. Also no comforter or duvet on the bed - or in the room as an option - was too cold in the winter.”

”From the moment we arrived we were treated so well. Staff was friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. And we got free pool at the Pub & Grill and 20% off food.
We had a fantastic stay and we'd stay there againg. ”

”The front desk staff - amazing. Truly people first service.
The 3rd floor air conditioner was blowing full force in the hallway making it about 20 degrees colder than the rooms. This was reported to the staff. Breakfast was included and was the best breakfast ever. No cold cereal and boxed eggs. Fresh everything and the coffee was perfect.”

”Very easy check in after I booked earlier the same day due to getting stuck in a snow storm going east. The room was clean and had some renovations which made the room a bit more updated. Great that parking is available right outside the building. The balcony is a plus. ”
