âStaff was very nice but ceilings are poorly insulated for sound, you can hear conversations upstairs. Staff started cleaning room upstairs at 9am on a Sunday which was very loud and we felt was too early. Also no comforter or duvet on the bed - or in the room as an option - was too cold in the winter.â

âThe front desk staff - amazing. Truly people first service.
The 3rd floor air conditioner was blowing full force in the hallway making it about 20 degrees colder than the rooms. This was reported to the staff. Breakfast was included and was the best breakfast ever. No cold cereal and boxed eggs. Fresh everything and the coffee was perfect.â

âvery pet friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet in our room requires repair. Once you sit on it it bangs on the floor. â
