Motellit – Halifax

”Nice room! Nice price!”

”we went to check in a little under an hour early & they said we could. we go to our room & the door is open as are many other doors - we couldn't find anyone cleaning so we sat and waited for 20mins or so. we went in our room to check if it was cleaned & it wasnt done yet, but also did not look kept well & had a table with marks all over it inside. At that point i didn't feel comfortable staying overnight & had no idea when we could get in our room so we left.”

”The White Rose Motel is an old fashioned motel. Quaint and old school on the outside with updated rooms. No frills, but very clean, nice mattress, microwave and mini fridge. My only complaint: I was awakened around 8am by either the people next door or someone cleaning next door. I could here the toilet lid drop with a loud bang and moving around. There is no carpet so the sounds travel.”

”Terrible overall experience, insects everywhere, hairs on and inside the bed, completely run down....it's almost like they did it on purpose.... DO NOT STAY THERE!”

”Its a good place to sleep. There were a few normal household bugs, but the floors didnt appear to have been clean, and neither did the bathroom. I was there from 2AM to 10AM, so like I said, its a good place to sleep and nothing else.”

”FUN hotel experience. Clean room, super accommodating staff, & the bar/restaurant was fantastic. Game room was fun even for our kids.”
